酒店很干净，早餐也不错，房间设施也挺新的

Kempinski不愧是入住的最佳選擇，即便在開羅個人認為在價格與服務上都是最佳選擇，唯獨飯店提供的一天30美金 executive lounge,廚房的伙食只能說非常差勁，後來只去喝杯果汁吃個沙拉而已，非常令人失望。 但整體來說除了廚房伙食之外一切都非常完美，是一家願意再次入住的餐廳。

5 star hotel and staff!

I am disappointed with my stay at the Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo due to issues with billing transparency. During check in, I was given the option to pay in GBP, which I selected thinking ‘oh they accept payment in GBP’. What the hotel did not disclose is that choosing GBP would trigger Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC), adding an almost 6% hidden surcharge processed by a third party company. This markup was never explained, never mentioned, and never shown to me before payment. Only after reviewing the receipt did I discover: • “Margin included: 5.990%” • “Currency conversion service provided by a third party" In other words, I was charged extra without my consent, I had no idea they would exchange the money to Dollars using a third party provider. Have I knew, I would used my bank as they have a much better exchange rate. I contacted the hotel, and clearly explained the issue. Despite this, they claimed initially it was my bank who applied the charges. I had to submit to them a confirmation from my bank that these exchange rates were not applied by my bank and that I should have given a warning that these extra charges would apply. For a hotel operating under an international luxury brand, this is simply unacceptable.

Room was as described with lovely large king size bed. Everyone ar the hotel were very helpful.

Room was great, the staff were amazing. The breakfast well if you know kempinski-one of the best. The spa could do with a little modernization.

Amazing hotel stay, especially for our last leg of our trip it was just simply amazing to be able to relax here. The environment is incredibly relaxing, everyone is so helpful, no one trying to push anything onto you. A very safe neighborhood too where you could walk around if you wanted.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent hotel booking made through Expedia. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards advertised on your platform. The breakfast provided was of very poor quality, and the restaurant menu listed several options that were not actually available when we arrived. Food quality overall was disappointing. In addition, the cleanliness of the hotel was below expectations, and the property is currently under construction, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. This significantly impacted our comfort during the stay. The hotel is also located far outside the city, and transportation in and out of the property is inconvenient and limited. The Expedia listing was misleading in terms of location and overall amenities. I have been using Expedia for many years for my travel bookings and have always trusted the platform. However, this experience has been extremely disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

Simply Amazing! The rooms, the hotel, the breakfast! The staff everything was A1, would def come back and stay again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with lots of choice and fresh food. Really loved the 10th floor Jazz Bar.

Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo was a solid choice for Cairo, where hotel star ratings can be inconsistent and standards vary widely. In Egypt, I generally find that sticking with established international chains is the safest option, and Kempinski fit that role well. We received a room upgrade, which was very appreciated. The room itself was somewhat outdated—wallpaper was peeling in places—but by Cairo standards, it was still quite good. Having stayed in much rougher accommodations in the city, this felt comfortable and reliable overall. The café downstairs was very convenient, with surprisingly good sandwiches that came in handy during busy days. The rooftop bar was fine as well, though extremely smoky—I practically needed to air out my clothes afterward. Overall, Kempinski provided a dependable, comfortable stay in a challenging hotel market. While not luxurious by global five-star standards, it’s a safe and recommendable option for Cairo.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite -- a super nice gesture! Turndown service is also a nice gesture. Breakfast was superb -- highly recommended! Rooms are a bit dated: In particularly, I believe that there should be dedicated outlets for recharging mobile devices. Temperature of rooftop pool was pleasantly warm in January. There aren't many nearby restaurants in the area, but I would stay again at this hotel.

A wonderful stay at a well situated hotel. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful and warm and inviting. Highly recommended.
