帕罗特尔海滩度假村

Our first-floor room was lovely, with a grand view of the garden. The staff are wonderful everywhere you go, friendly and accommodating. The food is only OK. While they do have a large variety in themain dining room, it is mostly buffet style, and lack-luster. The is a lovely resort and I would probably like to stay again. However, it is getting a little older and I'm sure some of the new resorts are nicer. The price was great for all-inclusive. The Red Sea Beach was pretty amazing!

Staff are lovely and helpful. Alcohol is pretty watered down but you can buy alcohol from the lobby if you want better option, or you can go to the shopping plaza across the street to buy it as well. Food is good, selection is limited but it is good. Lots of kids but not overwhelming. Room was clean. Wifi across the resort but sometimes it is slow. Bought an eSIM and it kicked in whenever there was a struggle with wifi being slow.

Karşılama, resepsiyon, taksi müdürü, restoran müdürü, müşteri temsilcisi gibi personellerin ilgileri ve güler yüzlü olmaları harici otel çoğu konuda iyi değildi. Akşam animasyon showları açısından değişik şovlar vardı ve çok güzeldi. Ama onun dışında snack saati yazmışlar ama öyle bir durum yok, bir restaurant var üst katta ama her güne bir seçenek koymuşlar, biz köfte ekmeğe denk geldik. Ama bayat sandviç ekmeğine taş gibi bir köfteyi koyup getirdiler sadece ve servis yapanlar bu işi belli ki hiç sevmiyorlar. Zaten kimse kullanmiyordu belliki herkes bizim gibi ilk gün deneyip daha da uğramamış. İçkiler o kadar kötüydü ki ikinci gün bizde dahi çoğu kişi gibi civardaki süpermarket ten içki aldık. Ana restaurantta yemek konusu çok kısıtlı ve restaurantta personeller saati bir dakika bile geçirmeyip tabakları hemen önümüzden almaya çalışıyorlar. Çok dakikler hadi kalkın gidin gibi oluyor. Havuz kısmına gelince büyük havuz buz gibi ve kimse soğuklugundan dolayı giremiyordu. Hava o kadar sıcakken ana havuzda yüzemiyorsunuz Çocukların girdiği jakuzili havuz var ama dizde ve küçük olduğundan onda da yuzemedik. Herkes gibi sezlongta takıldık. Bir ay kadar oradaydık ve farklı farklı otellerde kaldık ama içlerinde bir tek içi bu kadar boş olan bu oteldi. Hani yuzemedik, içemedik, tam yiyemiyorsun, herşey dahil ama çok bir şey yok gibi düşünebilirsiniz

Cleanliness was really good. The staff was freindly. Food could do with more variety.

The alcohol was terrible — they were serving drinks from plastic bottles. The so-called “cocktails” were barely worthy of the name: just syrup mixed with carbonated drinks, and they call it a cocktail. The food was weak and insufficient. The sea was extremely wavy; it was very shallow all the way to the pier, and suddenly very deep at the pier itself. The only thing I can genuinely praise is the room service. At checkout, we used the hotel’s taxi service and paid eight times more than regular city taxis. I do not recommend this hotel.

Super hôtel dans un bel écrin, chambre au top, nourriture ok, personnel sympa, piscine, accès mer… vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

All the staff are fantastic, especially Mohamed the food manager, Karem the bar tender and all the waiting staff. My farther is 84 and was treated with the upmost respect from everyone. Best service we have ever had from any hotel. My only snag would be the evening entertainment is lacking but that is just being picky. Thank you Parrotel beach resort, we will definitely be back

Resort bellissimo, molto curato! Personale gentilissimo e cortese. Cibo molto buono, stanza ampia, palestra e spa fantastici. Da rivedere la copertura Wi-Fi, era infatti possibile navigare in camera, reception e nel ristorante ma praticamente assente in tutte le altre zone, piscine e spiaggia comprese. Accesso alla barriera corallina tramite pontile con personale presente a vigilare sui bagnanti. Struttura assolutamente straconsigliata.

This is an incredible value for the money. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. You're directly on the Red Sea. If you're looking for Sunshine and swimming or snorkeling you're coming to the right place. If I was going to criticize them for one thing I wasn't satisfied with their free internet service throughout the complex because it would not stay connected. I would suggest they allowed swimming in their beautiful swimming pools until 10:00 p.m.. On a side note I learned walking on the beach is not allowed through other hotels in the same region at at night.

The resort has everything you need to get you through a truly relaxing holiday, from its three pools, the amazing barrier reef with its marine life to different bars and services such as the center dive. But perhaps the best thing is the staff. The attention was always exquisite, at the highest level, doing everything possible to meet our expectations always.They made you feel at home always with a smile and an exceptional treatment. The room is very large and beautiful. Some very entertaining shows at night. The pool bar is very nice with drinks available until night. We will be back soon without any doubt.
