Service was great. Breakfast was a terrific buffet. Staff took good care of us. The room was clean. some stuff needed repair, and something really confused me. I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd.

Por favor cancela mi reservación
La recepción esta en un 5o. piso, con un elevador descuidado y sin seguridad, le falta la puerta de enfrente.
El edificio está en construcción.
Es el 1er hotel que veo con estás características.
Eso no lo mencionan ni en las fotos ni en el anuncio

I had to get a room change because the one we’re given was dirty. The second room was barely n a little better. For a hotel with Hilton as its name I was totally unimpressed. This should not happen in a hotel with a name with status.

Se suponía que el upgrade no tenía cargo y aún así me cobraron $50US además había pagado las cenas y resultó que la última me la cobraban adicional, además todas las bebidas incluyendo el agua natural tenían un cargo adicional. El personal del front desk al hacer el check-in me ofreció el upgrade y las cenas con el cargo, nunca mencionó que serían tipo buffet y que el agua tenía costo. El hotel está bonito pero las políticas del hotel son muy abusivas, yo no volvería a reservar con ellos.
