For the price bracket, this was about as good as we could have hoped for a family break. The staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful, the hotel was about the cleanest that I have seen in Egypt and the quality of the food was excellent, considering the buffet arrangements. Variety and quality of the alcoholic drinks was limited, but no more than to be expected from an all inclusive of this nature in Egypt, so hardly any real criticism.

The room was very comfortable and tidy. It was nice have a separate toilet from the bathroom. We had two beds as I was traveling with my teen son. The beds very big and comfy. It was nice to have two billows in the bed one nice and soft and the other firm. We started our day with a breakfast in the Green House. It was lovely gluten-free and organic. We enjoyed our lunch and dinner in the main dining hall. There were always many options to choose from. The staff was super friendly and always willing to help us.

Room and hotel arvaa were clean.

Nice hotel

The reception staff are great ,very rapid. check in .Room is spacy, very clean and tidy, with balcony Bathroom very clean. food is plenty, great variety, 5 star bouffe ,Egyptian wine and beer are .great . This is our third year to stay in this hotel Great Hotel We really recommend this Hotel.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und verbrachten vier entspannte Tage dort über den Jahreswechsel. Das Sylvestermenü war ausgezeichnet; das Hauptrestaurant sonst auch okay hinsichtlich Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen, aber eben etwas ungemütlich und laut während der Hauptzeiten. Sehr gut hat uns das vegetarische Restaurant Nicole's Greenhouse gefallen - sehr leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen. Etwas nervig fanden wir das penetrante Marketing (der für lokale Verhältnisse überteuerten Anwendungen) des Spa am Strand. Zimmer war groß und von der Ausstattung okay, der Zimmerservice ausgezeichnet. Auch in punkto Sauberkeit gibt's nichts zu bemängeln.

Hotellet var meget velholdt og personalet var meget serviceorienteret. Buffetten var meget varieret og der var hver dag helt nye retter.

Stayed with my family of 15, this hotel went above and beyond! Its outstanding.

Fin resort som innehåller många trevliga aktiviteter. Man behöver inte åka till stan, nästan allt finns i resorten. Väldigt trevliga personal, fina rum, god mat med många sorter. Rekommenderar dock ej massagetjänsten.

We had one of the first 3 renovated rooms which was very spacious and well appointed. Great position for us in a quiet area and very private terrace. Big resort with lovely grounds, bar areas and even its iwn shops and inly 2 minute walk from El Gouna Downtown for dinner and shopping. The oy downside for us was the pool areas ate too small for the complex as very cramped. The main pool (fitness) had constant music and quite loud but only German language or organ style instramental but not modern. It sounded like childrens TV music or happy clappy. Would not appeal to most so thankful our room did not overlook here. Although all ages were here it was mostly over 70s so maybe why the odd choice of music.. But a livy space and great staff throughout.

Wir waren nun schon das dritte mal in dieser Unterkunft. Zimmer sind grössenmässig ausreichend. Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Personal ist höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden dieses Hotel wieder buchen wenn wir nach El Gouna reisen.

El Gouna i samotný hotel jsou krásná místa. Personál v hotelu pracuje na pohodě dovolené a služby stále vylepšuje. Výborná kuchyně, kdy si své oblíbené najde každý. Mohu jen doporučit.

Es war wirklich ein tolles Resort in einer tollen Lage. Super nettes Personal das sich wirklich Mühe gibt. Speisen und Getränke in viele Varriationen zu jeder Zeit.

Animatie kon ook wat meer naar de andere zwembaden komen. Er was daar 1 bij het animatieteam met name Noah die niets maar dan ook niets deed. De anderen waren top. Minder verkopers aan het zwembad, je komt voor rust maar toch blijven ze je lastig vallen voor Vanalles en nog wat. Naar mijn zin teveel Egyptenaren in het hotel, die voorstaken voor het eten, lawaai maakten in het zwembad.
