Enjoyed a great 3 night stay.
Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating hosts.
Excellent location in the town for train station, bus stops, high street shopping and not too far from both beaches and the Castle.
My room was spacious, clean and quiet with all the facilities you would expect at this price point.

Just came up for a couple of days for a conference it was adequate as it was central shame that they didn’t do breakfast but otherwise okay a little bit tied round the edges but good value for money

Stayed at this property for a visit to Scarborough for the night. Cannot mention one bad thing about the hotel. We stayed in the four bedded family room. Brilliant facilities did not have en-suite but we knew this and there were plenty of toilet and shower options throughout the hotel. Very friendly staff. Free parking which was also a bonus. Very close by to all facilities of Scarborough. Small fridge in room which was a nice extra to keep drinks cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Bit of traffic and seagull noise but that cannot be helped
Good value for money
I found it a bit of a walk to seafront and open air theatre but manageable

We had a really good stay here Jonathan is a great host, he helped us with an early check in . The room was extremely clean with a super comfortable bed. It is an old building and is slightly dated but they are making the very best of it . Thanks very much for an excellent stay

Nice little hotel in a very convenient location: ten minute walks to train station and the wonderful Peasholme Park and a little further to the beach.
Room was clean and the two beds were very comfy.
There's a small garden in front with tables and chairs for socialising and having a drink with a nice view of an old church.
Staff is amazing: we left a hat in the room and Johnathan came to the train station to give it to us
