Comfortable Hotel in a good location for doing stuff in and around Bristol, good facilities and very friendly/helpful staff.
However, one bedside lamp was not working as the bulb had failed (reported but it was the weekend so no maintenance staff around), some of the tables in the restaurant were sticky and the fire alarm went off briefly one night at 03.30. I appreciate false alarms happen but the was no acknowledgement of the issue at checkout the next morning, even though nobody could have slept through it.

Over priced , room massively dated , ridiculously noisy with some sort of extraction and heating , and waste water in the walls , I was in an executive room 😳 this isn’t anyway what I’d say remotely standard sorry , this hotel maybe lots of people’s cuppa tea but I dislike travel lodge but they are Caesar’s palace with room quality , grated the staff that I met were amazing and the reception and bar area look good but beyond the doors it’s like going back in time. Definitely won’t stay again sorry
