I believe that this so called ‘hotel’ is miss old Having arrived at the destination, there were no signs indicating that this was a hotel or even rooms to stay in. I called the guy as I could not find how to get in despite the ‘guidance’ I waited for assistance and no one showed up We didn’t stay there and decided to drive back home to manchester after the concert instead of staying at Bruce rooms I definitely will not be booking anything through hotel.com or expedia as I had my hotel cancelled the day before another concert in Birmingham If I had known that Hotel.com was actually expedia I would not have booked it Really annoyed at the miss selling of this place and especially at nearly £140 for one night I will be perusing a refund

ホテルではない。民泊のような感じ。トイレ、バスは共用。エアコンなし。冷凍庫壊れていて使えない。 共用のキッチンあるが使いたいとは思わなかった。壁が薄い。チェックイン時損害保険に入るため250ポンド必要。 チェックアウト時に返金されるがクレジットカード払いにしたので、未だに返金処理されない。清掃代も40ポンド請求される、これは返金されない。

This was great inexpensive no frills town home style home. 5 separate bedrooms 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms that are shared by the renters. I came for a short trip to watch the Ravens play and it was perfect for my needs. My room was clean and comfortable. And had a sink TV refrigerator and an armoire. Just perfect for me or a couple. Minutes from the Stadium. The surrounding area is residential. The owner is very friendly and hospitable! I would definitely stay again if traveling solo or with my wife.
