Great small hotel/B&B close to Cambridge city centre. Really good continental breakfast included.

The staff was amazing and a very warm welcome as I have my leg injury. I was able to park Ryan in front of the property.

Warm, friendly welcome from owner Anel who went out of his way to cater for my allergy. Very tidy and well-appointed. Comfortable lodging. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, choosing to find a cafe later in the old town. Great location. Despite being by the road, my room was quiet.

While the core service was adequate, the hotel's online listing contained misleading elements that significantly impacted the experience. The Good -The staff was welcoming, polite, and helpful on arrival. The room was clean and tidy. The Bad & Misleading:My major issues stem not from the staff, but from the inaccurate presentation on the listing. The 9.6 rating is baffling based on the discrepancies. 1. GROSSLY MISLEADING IMAGES: This is the biggest issue. The photo gallery is a serious misrepresentation. Many images labeled "Property Grounds" and "Exterior" are NOT of this property. Only the interior room photos seem accurate. 2. UNUSUAL & UNDISCLOSED TIMINGS: Check-out is at 10:30am. Check-in is at 4:00PM. Crucially, these times were not stated on the booking domain. I only discovered them upon arrival. 3. "FREE PARKING" IS A MISNOMER: The listing advertises "free parking," which implies available, complimentary spaces on-site. The reality: There are 3 paid parking spaces on-site, costing £10 per night. Upon arrival, the staff's solution was to advise parking on the nearby public street to avoid the charge. While helpful, this means the advertised "free parking" is not actually the on-site amenity you expect. It's free only if you can find (and feel comfortable with) unrestricted street parking nearby. The stay itself was okay due to the friendly staff and a clean room. However, the experience is overshadowed by the feeling of being misled by the property's listing.

Very comfy bed and spacious room. No compliants at all. Exceptionally welcoming and the manager was very kind.

A really handy overnight option to visit Cambridge. Walking distance into the middle of town and parking, which is tricky in Cambridge. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really good buffet breakfast. Excellent value

The room was generally comfortable for four adults, but as it’s located in the roof space, it became very hot and stuffy during a warm day in Cambridge. A small air conditioner was provided, though it didn’t do much to cool the space. The bathroom was spacious, which was a nice bonus. There are three parking spots out the front, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The location is convenient, about a 15–20 minute walk to the city centre.

Beautiful and nice room. Very clean and cosy. My son and I had a very good sleep. We didn’t have breakfast there, but others seemed enjoying it. The host is lovely.

Property is lovely and well maintained. Generous continental breakfast, courteous host, excellent location for exploring Cambridge on foot. Only personal complication was the amount of steep and twisting steps in the property. The “family room” is at the top of the house with bedroom in the attic and the en-suite down a level. Quite challenging for someone with reduced mobility! Would not suit a family with small children (or grandma!). My fault for not inquiring about stairs!

Convenient location, easy parking and comfortable. Excellent Continental Breakfast, really generous portions of fruit, toast and a selection of cheeses, pastries, etc.

Property was clean and the staff were very friendly . I loved the the cups , saucers and teapot that were supplied by the host. Downside a bit further out of town than we really wanted . You have to drive to get to the centre of Cambridge . The local area had a choice of eateries and we ate at the Waterman Pub and the food was good .S😊

Fantastic property in a convenient location. Really enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable room.

Terrific staff. Very large room, king bed we're excellent linens. The bathroom towel warmer was a nice plus. They were very welcoming when we arrived and took a straight to our room even though it was very late. We slept well and really enjoyed the easy walk into town. About 8 minutes. Excellent parking right out front, completely off the street. I could hear a very slight amount of noise from the street but there was also a fan in the room and that blocked it out nicely. If you stick around for breakfast, it's excellent.

Ample space. Very quite. Comfy beds. Very clean. Great breakfast
