This is not a hotel. its more of a doss house. Paid for 2 nights. went to the moxy instead which is just another level compared to this. Yes its cheap, but the whole area feels unsafe, and you wouldnt want to leave your car here.

Basic amenities, shared kitchen and bathroom, if the other room is occupied the experience can deteriorate if the occupant is untidy. Room warm and clean, bathroom ceiling requires painting, Plenty to eat

This was a room in a 2-bedroom flat, so not quite what I was expecting. But the room was fine. It was great to have access to a fully equipped kitchen. There was basic breakfast food in the kitchen (bread, eggs, cereal, tea, coffee) to help yourself to. The only problem was a dodgy shower that insisted on running alternately hot and cold. Overall a decent place to stay.

My stay was ok

My partner and i used this place as a stopover after a night in plymouth. It isnt luxury but for what you pay it is a good spot. The road noise can get quite loud. Bus routes right outside. We were lucky with our next door neighbour in number 2 as we never saw or heard much from them. Kitchen and bathroom to share but if you have 2 couples in the rooms you would have this all to yourselves. Handy stopover if on a budget and helpful owners.

Very clean and comfortable

It is absolutely vile. Smelled of sick and cigarettes, spoons were dirty in my room and I did not feel safe, I want a refund !!! Don’t bother booking

Very basic accommodation. Room very clean and comfortable bed. Owner was delightful friendly and helpful. Room right on busy road so noisy with windows open in summer. Shared bathroom was ok but shower too grubby to use. Generous help yourself breakfast, bread, butter, milk, eggs, cereals etc. Better suited to workers than holiday makers.

A budget stay and definitely not recommended if you are looking for clean and a comfortable stay

Friendly introduction, hand sanistier priovidied in the room. Comfy bed and very clean overall!

It was a lovely night steak slept very well no problem at all little bit noisy in the morning outside but that's nothing no one can do about that so had a very good night sleep and enjoyed the stay there

Perfectly placed for work, even though it's on a busy road the room was very quiet. Perfect for me

Self serve breakfast will not be right for everyone looking for a bit more luxury

It was a nice place to stay we injoyed staying there and was pleased with everything and the way we was treated
