舒适区服务式公寓

这不是普通的酒店，就是一个apartment, 里面可以做饭，还算干净。整体感觉还可以。

Highly recommended

Parking was great, just £10 and secure parking. Apartment was generally nice, tidy, and clean. Unfortunate that the bedroom door could not shut in the room with the twin beds (beds stopped the door). Only real disappointment, hence the low score, was the door to the balcony was gaffer tapped closed which looked scruffy and obviously prevented opening and enjoying sunny weather.

Its worth knowing before you book that the rooms are in a residential block of flats, so as well as guest rooms there are people living in the property too. It's not in a very nice area. The apartment next to ours had dents in the door where the police have raided them, there was a gentleman in the flat opposite having a very loud disagreement on the phone with what we gathered from the conversation was his drug dealer and banging his fists on the walls. There was also two trolleys abandoned in the car park which we had to pay £10 to use The apartment itself is a bit tired. Three TV remotes but only one set of batteries The bath was dented in several places and had a long black hair inside on arrival Good Points- The bed is really comfy The towels provided are good quality Lovely big balcony I think this would be fine for a group of young people looking to rest their head after a night of partying but for couples looking for a home away from home type setting this is not the right place

Comfortable and simple; just the way I like it. Could have done with a noon check out though.

Lovely apartment in the area to which I grew up. All for the price you would pay for a hotel room. Excellent.

Dirty bedding, curtains would not close, no blinds on lounge windows meaning sofa bed was on show all night. Entrance hall a tip.

An unknown staff member texted a party using the company mobile phone and tried to scam our deposit by asking for card number and cvv number

Amazing value for money. Friendly service. Everything you need for a basic overnight city stay. Our apartment was clean. Convenient location for New Street, the Mailbox and the Cube. Will definitely use again.
