Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, had a good time

Very easy and quick check in, the staff where very helpful to let me leave my luggage in the morning. Overall it was very good experience.

Very Clean and Friendly Hotel, Bed was very comfortable. Staff worked hard and cleaned all rooms nothing negative to say- good staff would come back again.

Friendly and helpful service. Comfortable enough room, a little loud due to the road. Perhaps a bit pricier than you would expect to pay in other locations, but I don't think there's much competition in St Austell.

Decent hotel above a nice pub about 20 minutes' walk from St Austell train station.

Strange twin room with a shower cubicle in the corner of the room! I had a bath in the shared facilities which was very nice. Also, one of the biscuit packets was open!! Staff good and let us bring our takeaway back and eat it in the pub.

Nice public house, kept clean good car park asda only five min walk shop and takeaways across road, shared toilet which is clean and close to rooms would recommend will be going back.

Two night stay to visit The Eden Project. The staff were great, breakfast was very good. No problem with the room I was in, it had all I expected. The hotel is tired in the hallways and stairs, a lot of stairs. Good location, free parking and wi fi.

Clean budget hotel, ideal for visiting Charlestown and the Eden Project. Friendly staff, decent breakfast and convenient location. Our rooms faced the road so it was a bit noisy with traffic, so if this is not an issue, then the rooms are perfectly adequate.

Ok for a one night stay, shared bathroom but bath is HUGE!! Shower in room. Floors bit wonky !!!!! Overall it's fine.
