The phone number provided on the expedia website pointed to a contact that no longer worked with the property We wanted to report the following issues as soon as ae checked in 1. The fan was broken - as in one of the blades was broken and won’t work. 2. ⁠Between the 2 rooms there was only one fan 3. ⁠the sofa latch was broken- so a part of the sofabed rolled out in the middle of the night 4. ⁠not enough bedsheets and towels for a family of 4 (as the bookings stated) 5. ⁠TV isn’t connected to the internet 6. ⁠WiFi was shoddy at best across the property But there was no response from any one until the last day. The contact who no longer works for the property responded All the items could have been fixed if there was communication channel Very disappointing lack of response and communication from both Expedia and the property owners. Makes me think if its worth booking with Expedia - what if this was a bigger emergency like a lockout, how long , if any response would I get.?

The apartment is 2 mins from Finsbury Park tube and was really clean. The mattress on the bed you could feel the springs so uncomfortable. The sofa bed had a thin blanket as a cover. Would suggest perhaps having a duvet for the sofa bed. No safe in the apartment so would suggest having one. Overall a very clean apartment. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. I think if they had these extras in and sorted the mattress out would have have rated 5*
