总体还是不错的，地理位置优越，离大英博物馆很近，步行可以走到。服务人员态度很好还帮忙叫车。

We stayed there for 5 nights... this is our first time to stay in a London hotel so I actually didn't know what to expect.. To be honet, I was not very satisfied when I arrived there... (This may due to the very high expectation I had) There is no air-conditioner. (Luckily, there is warming plate) The carpet looked quite old. The water flow in the shower is very slow The bed cover seemed a bit worn and dirty. The staff was nice but seemed to know nothing about Lodon. (for example, we were going to watch Phantom of the Opera in Her Macjesty Theatre and we asked where it was. She couldn't answer that and needed to ask another staff but at the end, no one responded so we needed to ask the tube staff) The good side of the hotel is that it provided microwave and some forks and plates so it is possible to buy food and heat it yourself)

I’m currently staying at the Grange Buckingham Hotel in London, and I have to say, it’s a really charming place so far. The room I’m in is massive—much bigger than I expected—and it really exuded a charming old-world elegance, just as I imagined the UK to be, with large windows, rich drapes, and that classic terrace building feel. As an Australian, it really delivered on the vision I had of London. The price is also excellent for what you get—there’s a kitchenette, a large bathroom, and plenty of space. That said, a few things have cropped up during my stay. Coming from Australia, the room feels extremely cold. I can turn on the wall-mounted heater, but it’s one of those UK water heaters, and it doesn’t warm the room effectively—plus, it keeps switching off, leaving me chilly. The bed is okay, but it’s a bit firm, and the two mattresses pushed together create an annoying gap in the middle. Then, there’s a real cleanliness letdown: although the old charm is wonderful, the bathroom is not clean. The toilet bowl had visible stains, and the shower wall was filthy—mold in the grout, dirt all over. The towel also had a large stain; it was washed, no doubt, but it really needed a soak to remove it. Another letdown—no USB ports or power converters in the room, which is surprising, as even budget hotels usually have them these days. That said, the check-in was fantastic—warm, professional, and very welcoming. The foyer does feel a bit tired and could use a bit of a refresh

Thank you for the warm welcome from the team for our last minute stay in London. The location was excellent for the two nights we needed.

Lovely location, staff and room

Super quartier, calme et proche du centre. Petit déjeuner très bien

Large rooms, lots of shopping and food nearby.

Hotel was nice and close to tube station. Lots to do around the hotel, close walking distance to food, drinks and the museum. Room was nice.

great place to stay i have used this hotel in the past we loved it.

We enjoyed the space of our room for a family of (4). The front desk staff were all so friendly and very helpful. As we arrived the 2nd week of July, in the heat of summer, we were not aware there was no air conditioning in our room and were set up with a mobile fan. Luckily, the windows open and there was a nice breeze, but it was rather old and made the room stuffy. Breakfast at the hotel was great as well- option to choose from an. English Breakfast or Continental with pastries, jams, eggs cooked your way, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, fruit, yogurt/granola and fresh juices and coffee. The location is great, with Bloomsbury Square and the British musuem all within a 2-3 minute walk. Safe, nieghborly and easy to get to dining/etc.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room was old and had a bad smell, and the bed was very noisy with every move. There was no air conditioning, and during the European summer heatwave (35°C), the sun would hit directly on the window, making the room unbearable. When I complained, I was simply told to turn on the fan, which didn’t help much. The breakfast is very basic and served at the hotel next door. They advertise the room as having a kitchen, but it’s very poorly equipped — just one plate, one knife, and one fork. There wasn’t even a sponge or dish soap to wash them. The only positive point is the location, which is excellent. But overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn’t stay here again

Hotel is run down and tired. The checkin was slow with far too many questions. There was a huge pile of rubbish in reception. For this price and area I would expect better.

Great access to British Museum and restaurants.

Great hotel for the money. Fantastic location. Quiet but close to the beating heart of the city.

Beautiful big clean room… will definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at the Grange Buckingham more highly. After a day riding electric bikes, it was lovely to return to our beautiful and spacious room, open a cold bev from our kitchenette fridge and enjoy pate' from their dining options before heading out to see theater. The staff were exceptional. The facility lovely and historic. Highly recommend.
