Great stay at the hotel. Only minor gripe was the food took and age to come out after ordering. It was nice when it arrived tho. Overall pleasant stay and great air conditioning!

Booked this during heatwave specifically for air con. Air con wasnt great. Thermostat didnt appear to do anything at all, and it was too warm for us. Bed was a spring mattress- woke up with a sore back. No face cloth, shower drained really slowly- water pooled and ran under shower door onto bathroom floor. No alarm clocks, no bottled water. Staff decided to clean coffee machine DURING breakfast, so no coffee- if there was, we werent offered any. Also waited several minutes to check out because no one stays at desk. Also get charged another £3 for parking, and have to pay separately. It was clean, bit thats about it.

The room was very comfortable, could do with more lights as the brighter lights are beside the door and bathroom. Was very disappointed 1st night we arrived they had 3 coach tours in, we asked to order food and was told we would have to wait until after 9pm for food orders as they were feeding the coach passengers. Following day we ordered a few bits of the menu took ages to arrive, once finished our table was never cleared of our food dishes or glasses, we ended up taking them all up to the bar and leaving them beside lots of other dirty dishes. Was quite disappointed as we have stayed with this company lots of times but will be 1st and last at this hotel.

The room was ok and clean but air conditioning dident work we went for breakfast in the morning and its was 8.15 and thay was not much available so waited till 9 for hot food to be told buy the kitchen lady thay wont be anymore bacon and only put about 12 more sausages out so when others in the cue got there thay was none left and when we spoke to kitchen lady all she said was take it up with the manager she definitely had a attitude it was our first stay here and I can honestly say we wont be back

Rigtig godt hotel og pænt. Dog var der ikke meget at vælge mellem til morgenmad. Super sød personale.

Very modern hotel, plenty of parking spaces, and good value for money.

The hotel room was very comfortable and is well designed. The hotel description says there is limited parking but the opposite is true and we were only charged 3 pounds per night. The staff were all very nice and the breakfast was great. The other amazing thing is that the rooms at the back overlook a giant pond which is teeming with wildlife and we saw a common kestrel hunting above the pond.

Perfectly located for the motorway.

Hotel as you expect, nothing more nothing less. Good for a night on a business trip.

Good hotel but location not the best.

We love this hotel for our Lancs stays. Breakfast was a bit mad at 9am but there was a coach parked outside. Great to have a gym and cheap EV parking. Shame they now pay for parking.

Unfortunately a large group meant I couldn’t order dinner when me and my daughter arrived which we weren’t told about when booking. Tesco’s meal deal it was sadly as there isn’t much nearby. There was also questioning cleaning of the toilets between customers it would seem from the photo.

A modern and comfortable room, but the poor breakfast service let down the overall enjoyment of the stay. The rooms are well designed and high quality, although there were issues with our lamp (flickering badly, couldn’t use it) and shower (blocked plug hole, not draining). Maintenance issues were reported to reception, but as it was the weekend, I was told there was nobody available to look into it until Monday. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the rest of the room. Breakfast was disappointing. Firstly, there were very few “proper” tables to eat at. Most were high-level bar-style tables, or low-level sofa / coffee tables. The selection and amount of breakfast available was also disappointing. A lot of the options had run out and were not being replenished, and it was difficult to find staff to ask to ask for more. The cooked breakfast was not particularly appetising and not very well cooked, and the non-cooked items were not too appealing either. It felt like the breakfast had be largely undercatered for, given the amount of guests staying that evening.

I’ve stayed here before, and the room is quite comfortable, and the food is OK, and a decent breakfast.

Amazing room and staff

Room clean and comfortable. Staff I encountered were pleasant. Breakfast was good despite large coach party one morning though that should have been foreseen but staff very busy as a result

The breakfast was really good, with plenty of choice. The room was clean, and the air conditioning was easy to use. The staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was terrible. No cups,cutlery and no food left. Total rubbish.If it’s included in the cost it’s ok.Do not pay extra for it There is a Mcds and a service station attached with plenty of reasonable eateries.

Lovely stay, professional staff. They handled a skirmish in reception between drunken people very well .
