Room needs improvement. Floor creaked badly and carpet needs replacing. Ceiling damaged and needs repairing and repainting. Generally room tired and needs refurbishment. No toiletries, just a soap dispenser

Very expensive for what it was

Clean comfortable room. Excellent friendly staff

Easy parking and excellent breakfast. Really friendly staff as well

Asked for a top floor end of corridor room and thats what we were allocated good sized room with a balcony plenty parking even though it was a very bisy weekend with concerts at Sandringham Estate

There is nothing to recomend except the water pressure in the showers. Generalky the hotel is run down with uncomfortable beds and a musty neglected feel of under investment.

Very dusty , windows were hard to open and mattress definitely needs changing. Was in a disabled room but step was too big to get in shower. door to get in room was so heavy couldn’t even get in room or open from other side Then restaurant was closed the Sunday evening no explanation luckily have a pub on side but was looking forward to having a meal in restaurant

Overall is a good hotel, however room and especially bathroom needs refurbishment. In my room it was imposible to set the water temperature either was cold and then suddenly woter become very hot.

Hotel and staff lovely but due to a burst water main unable to use the Pool or Spa

We were disappointed with the standard of the room, it was basic and more like a room in some large franchise which catered for one night stays. Staff were courteous without being inviting and happy to have our custom. We did get a room that was appropriate for our needs, with a wet room and all the grab rails for support in the bathroom. The heated towel rail was turned off and we could not turn it on. As a last minute booking we were a little underwhelmed.

Decent hotel, great staff, good food options, great amenities, rooms were a bit dated / basic.

Decent size room but very expensive (almost £200 for a Monday night). Rather outdated. No lift. Very bland breakfast

The photos from Hotels.com had a full snooker room which is the only reason i selected this hotel, so i was thoroughly disappointed when it had gone years ago. i had nothing to do by 7pm and was hoping for a snooker evening so bored bored bored.

The hotel was lacking atmosphere, their bars close early and the pub on site closes when the staff get bored.

Nice break away

Nice and clean bed, nice shower, not many TV channels and the carpet could do with a clean

The hotel is a little dated, but is kept spotless. The staff were great and very helpful, both on reception and in the restaurant at breakfast.
