La habitación estaba sucia, el baño también, no servía el teléfono, no limpiaban la habitación. Pedí todos los días que repararan el teléfono y en mis 3 días de estancia, no repararon nada, por lo tanto, si necesitabas limpieza o shampoo o algo, tenías que ir directamente al escritorio a pedirlo, aunque no harían caso ya que solo lo escribían y no hacían nada. De los peores hoteles de esta cadena que regularmente son muy buenos hoteles.

Generally had a good 2 night weekend stay. Room was comfortable and housekeeping good although the view from the window was bleak. Breakfast was generally ok, quite a few missing items though (glasses, white bread, milk, sausage) but these were replenished by staff when asked although had to wait and partner had finished their meal before I got mine. Bar drinks could’ve been better - Helles lager flat and off tasting and replacement drink offered by staff not much better. Overall good and in a great location to explore the City, the food and drink side could be improved though.

Nice hotel and well located but the aircon you can’t fix inside it has to be controlled by reception and it was right too hot or too cold.

Great hotel from the friendly reception staff to the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. Everywhere smells amazing and I would love to know what they wash the towels in because they smelt gorgeous! Breakfast was delicious.

The staff were lovely and helpful and the hotel was clean and pleasant. Very central and had everything near by. Only downside was the beds, they were so uncomfortable and hard. Very bad nights sleep, both nights.

room clean and spacious, bathroom was a nice size, shower was amazing, staff and facilities in the hotel great, it's in a central location, only thing that I could fault was that the bed wasn't very comfy and the pillows were far too soft so didn't sleep well at all.

The rooms are nice, functional and have large snart TVs, tea and coffee and everything else you would expect, but the best thing about this hotel is its staff. They always give a warm welcome, are helpful and treat you like friends, especially Jules and Beth.

cosy well equipped room, wifi, large tv in great position opposite the bed, appreciated usb ports either side of bed, good breakfast, helpful staff, good location near the city wall and centre.

Room was lovely and clean apart from the pillows on the bed were awful we didn’t get a good nights sleep at all both woke up in pain in our necks 😫 tried using one pillow but did not help at all, I never usually complain as I have stayed in other Leonardo hotels previously and never had a issue but yeah I was looking forward to a relaxing night and a good nights sleep.

Beth at the front desk was fantastic, she was so friendly and helpful. We had a spillage in the room, she came to assist us within minutes. The stay was great. Cleaning of room was thorough.
