Comfortable, clean and convenient. Overall a pleasant stay!

Great stay, the staff were really helpful and looked after me well. Room was great and very clean. Breakfast was great, a good variety and there was plenty of it. I have stayed several times at this hotel and am never dissapointed

I had two rooms booked, and the experience started badly from the moment we arrived. During check-in, the manager was already arguing with someone on the phone, which was unprofessional and did not create a good first impression. Although we paid an early check-in fee, we were given the worst room. The sink was broken, and there was even a dirty sock left in the room, which clearly showed that it had not been cleaned properly. To make matters worse, I accidentally left a pair of gold stud earrings on the bedside table. When I contacted the hotel, I was repeatedly told that the relevant staff member was not on shift. Despite calling numerous times, I received no meaningful response or assistance, and the earrings have apparently “never been seen again.” The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and complete failure to deal with a lost property report made this an extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Really friendly staff on reception very helpful with booking in process. Hotel room was very clean and cleaned each day to a high standard. Breakfast was really nice, plenty of variety to choose from. Never dissapointed when I stay here.

Clean room and friendly staff. Good location for bars in town. But keycards kept failing multiple times over the stay. Issues got resolved but was added hassle so overall an ok hotel

Dated room and tiny bath. Parking was also very difficult near the hotel. Signs in the hotel saying it’s getting updated looking forward to see what they do!

Bit of a hike from the car park. I suggest you drop off everything at the hotel before parking. I had to ask about the parking validation, as it was not mentioned, but easy. Room ok, looks out of date. NO USB ports in room. Could not charge phone. Now bad bit. Woken at 2am by loud banging and noises, next room had no soundproofing to speak of. Lost a hours sleep. Breakfast ok. Half way through eating it, I went to get a drink and it was all cleared away in the 2 minutes I was away.. Useful point, it’s on the south side of Leeds and is fairly quick to get on the motorway. Probably stay again, but take some earplugs

Nice clean hotel very close to train station and very quiet on a night for a good sleep. Great views of city from rooms on upper floors. Beds very comfortable with an excellent bathroom and shower.

Good location for Leeds -few places to eat n drink close by too. Great, specious room with great view over Leeds -we had a lovely sunset view. Comfy bed, had a bath in the bathroom. Good choices for breakfast with excellent coffee.

My room was comfortable and reasonably spacious, but had cobwebs around the window, the bathroom smelt musty and the air-conditioning was broken. Breakfast wasn't the best quality, but had most of what you'd want in a hotel buffet. I stayed here for to proximity to meetings, however the same money could have gone much much further within a few minutes walk. I wouldn't stay here again.

The parking situation is a disgrace. The details for the parking on Google and on set booking sites do not correlate and in fact the car park does not exist. You then call the hotel and it’s one of their main hotlines for parking location. They say it’s ten mins walk - it’s not. Then when you get to reception to put your registration plate in the paper says it takes 8 mins. So what you hear on the phone and in person is not the same and the reality is it takes you 12 mins walking briskly. The lady I dealt with was very good and understood the issues, but I’d never have booked this hotel had I known how bad the parking is and the hotels lies. Then at the bar they didn’t have some of the drinks and the appliances had gone down earlier on in the day. Lovely staff, but not a good experience.
