This is a nice hotel with convenient transportation and a bit of an industrial style.

The cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired there was an awful smell near the toilet

We liked the location and ease of checking in. The bed and bathroom were comfortable and clean Restaurant could do with more support as food ordered was wrong (Thai green chicken curry instead of vegetarian) and my partner had to wait whilst my food was cooked again

Good accessibility for a wheelchair user around the hotel, and particularly the bathroom, which had a very good fixed shower seat included. Although I couldn't reach the toiletries from the shower seat. Reception staff were polite and friendly.

A great hotel close to the station

Great location, easy to get to trains, trams, buses. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping and pubs nearby. Elevators are fast to respond. Room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. Cleaning staff were very good. Restaurant serves great food. There is also a bar with comfortable seating.

Comfortable room in a convenient location close to the station and attractions

Although I only stayed one night, the location was perfect for me, right next to East Croydon station. A very easy 5 minute walk. The lobby was welcoming and modern with many seats and lounges available for enjoying relaxing for a drink or just to chill. The receptionist was very helpful on my arrival and checking in was quick and easy, having completed online. The room itself was upgraded which was a bonus to a king size from a standard double. The room had everything I needed for a night stay. Breakfast was included and had the normal hot English or continental options. Unsure on different dietary requirement as didn’t eat in the restaurant. Overall faultless and not a bad price to pay for a London stopover. £££

Good value for money with lovely, helpful staff. The room was a little tired (particularly the bathroom) and the door needed to be rattled around a bit to make the electronic key work (the cleaner showed me how). Everything was clean though, the desk had a good chair for work, and there was a comfy chair with table to relax in too. Reception staff were lovely, and patiently sorted out a little confusion around my receipts. Bar staff were friendly, and the restaurant had a limited menu but good service and the food was good - particularly the specials - aubergine fritters were lovely. Good value for money.

Great hotel , first time visit was impressed

Very convenient and comfortable

Room clean. Towels had seen better days. No face cloth. Only one teabag. No biscuits. No needle and thread either in room or at reception for emergency button repair. Breakfast was average with poor provisions and no fresh fruit. Staff all lovely. One lift rather elderly and not fully functional. Car park short walk away and whilst the car was ok, I was a bit nervous leaving it there all night.

On arrival we found a vehicle and a van in the blue badge parking bays neither had a badge. It took a while for them to be moved so we could park. We paid for breakfast but on accessing in the morning we were denied by the most cheeky and arrogant member of staff. I spoke to the duty manager and she apologised and eventually sorted access to breakfast. She dealt with the situation in a calm and professional manner unlike the other staff member who still flung her arms about and continued being abusive.. The proffesional manager was really good and actually reimbursed our payment her name was monica cobaru and a credit to the company. Room was clean and location was good bathroom was really clean and bed was extremely comfortable

Really nice stay- modern, clean rooms, nice communal spaces. Just constantly understaffed- empty bars with no service, long waits at reception.

Excellent stay, possibly the best hotel bed i have had! Staff,very efficient and friendly, breakfast fresh and plentiful. 4 rooms booked by myself for family and turns out we were the only ones not tobegiven complimentary coffee vouchers, must have been. Myface!! So, others all had nice iggy coffee in bed. Nice bar, Sean was excellent.

The room was good, and the breakfast.

Breakfast was a total disappointment. Most stuff tasted like old reheated food, the salami was not fresh either. Most of the staff kinda looked sad to work there. I can only think of 3 that had a bit of a smile and nice disposition, the rest…… We were in a double room with a 4 year old and an 8 months old. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready (understandably so), one would think they were getting it ready for us checking in, but when we got to the the room, only 2 towels and no soap. Also super loud, paper thin walls and the nosiest people almost partying next door.
