The staff on reception were less than helpful. The room was on the top floor, my 70 year old bones struggled. Definitely not worth the money. On a positive note, externally it is a beautiful building and surround.

Great little pub by the water with heaps of personality. A climb of 2 flights of stairs but luckily we didn’t have much luggage to take up. Great breakfast and friendly owner.

Beautiful place to stay. I will definitely return. I am so grateful for such a lush experience.

Idyllic location, cutest room decor, fantastic shower with high water pressure. Dinner at the bar was good pub grub and a river runs thru the restaurant.

The room was over the bar so remained noisy well into the night. There was no place to plug in the blow dryer and use a mirror at the same time. My tall husband had to duck in the shower. There was no place to park. It was along the town path and river which was lovely.

Location is incredible. Staff really warm & welcoming. Dinner perfect. Room and bed first class. Breakfast incredible. I will 100% stay here everytime I'm back in Salisbury.

Nice clean room in fabulous old building with amazing views over the river and meadows staff very friendly and welcoming we ate in the restaurant again lovely food knowledgeable staff no complaints would definitely recommend

I only had a sausage breakfast roll but it was excellent. I had a room overlooking the river and it was great to have a coffee in the morning watching kingfishers from my room. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely location

Charming 900 year old mill within walking distance to town. Park the car an walk everywhere.

The Old Mill is in a very old building with steep and narrow stairs which makes it hard to carry luggage. The hotel sits above a pub which can be noisy. However, the pub closes at 10:30 pm. We enjoyed our stay. The food in the pub was excellent. We also enjoyed the walk from the pub to downtown Salisbury on a country/city path. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Constant rushing noise of the river may not suit some people. We liked it.

Great staff , friendly and accommodating . Rooms are quiet, nice busy bar with friendly locals . This is my 5th visit and I’ll certainly be back .

A lovely property with excellent customer care and food.

The Old Mill is a lovely old English pub and a leisurely 10 minute walk into Salisbury along the towpath with views to the cathedral and wildlife on the way. The railway station is also an easy 10 minute walk. The staff were great. The locals were friendly too happy to chat in the bar.

Beautiful old historic property on beautiful grounds just on the river. Quiet, good walks very close to center of city. Pub & restaurant are historic & interesting and food is excellent. We just loved our stay.

The Old Mill car park is a very short walk to the hotel. the hotel room we had was on the first floor and was lovely. the only problem I had was that the stairs were very narrow and close together, making it harder to walk up. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would stay there again as the location is perfect and the 15 minute walk into town is stunning.

We have stayed at The Old Mill may times & since it's changed owners it still provides comfortable, welcoming & cosy accommodation. The breakfast is very good & large, freshly cooked but now quite an expensive extra. On the whole really happy with our stay.
