第一天抵達已經晚上9點左右，飯店前台才說重複訂房，當晚沒有房間可以給我們住，並要求我們帶著小孩住到附近另外一家等級低的旅館，而該旅館床鋪床單上很多根頭髮頭髮，感覺床單根本沒有換過，飯店只說房費不收，卻沒有任何的解釋到底為什麼會重複訂房，還有到底是如何選擇哪一組旅客要搬到另外一間旅館，

Nice rooms, pool and courtyard. Restaurant staff were very nice but our gluten free meals were messed up, our meals took a long time to arrive almost 45mins, then the gluten free burger presented looked the same as the none GF one so we queried it and found that it wasn’t GF and had to wait again for the GF option. Check in was very busy with only one staff member and q queue of guests.

Hotel was fine and food nice. Poor customer service. Arrived and checked into our room. Long walk and involved a number of lefts and rights and stairs, when we go to the room, the keys did not work. Told my wife I'd go back to reception and sort it out. Now being served by a different lady that served us originally, it was now Lucja. I told her our keys did not work. Started to sort them out, it was not a straight forward swap to reprogramme the keys, she asked me my name again, then finally gave me the keys in a new wallet and I noticed it was now a different room number. She did not mention this and it seems she tried to cover this fact up. I told her, it was a different number, and it was only then she gave me a very poor, token "sorry." This should have been the first thing she said, as it was not next door to the original room and on a hot day, uncomfortable. The second instance of poor service was at dinner. Sat down and was asked about what drinks we wanted. My wife said a beer and I just wanted some water. The beer took ages to arrive, but my "Bottle" of water came out straight away. I opened it, to be greeted by warm water, not at all chilled, on a hot day. Asked if i could have a chilled one, again no apology and it was taken in a bit of a huff. I then noticed everyone else got water jugs. Eventually got a colder one, not but much though. Asked her when paying, why I got a bottle and others got free jug, she just said, "That's what she's told to do.

The room was extremely hot when we arrived, not able to cool it before bedtime. Curtain is in front of the air conditioning unit. 2nd floor was very warm overall, think we had a room furthest from reception and as an alone adult with a child, dog and bags this was difficult. Shower didn’t drain, so overflowed. Breakfast was very good, food in the bar was good. Room was clean enough.

Couldn’t fault the room I stayed in , however a family member also stayed and she didn’t have a/c in her room and was given a fan , apparently not all the rooms have a/c. On check out , there was only one man on reception and it took 40 mins to check out. My refund still hasn’t gone back onto my card for the £50 holding fee, waiting 2 weeks after. Bar staff were very slow and didn’t seem to know what was going on and also ran out of paper in the machine multiple times which caused further delays.

The hotel was lovely and our room was excellent. We can't fault any of the staff as they were friendly and helpful. The only thing we had an issue with was the catering for the evening meals. On the 2 nights we ate in the restaurant there were several meals and additional dishes that weren't available on both nights. There was only one waitress on both nights and the restaurant was busy and she was rushed off her feet. She coped remarkably well with so many tables to deal with. Apart from that we had a lovely time.

staff are great the heat was making things difficult but they really helped me and my husband who has a disability

Room clean bed very comfortable but very hot as no AC Staff very polite and helpful parking good Breakfast very good great choice but having the coffee bit opposite hot food and also entrance mayhem when busy! Also difficult to see what’s on offer until you got past Hot food needs reorganisation

We were a corporate event and numerous guests said their aircon didn't work. I can only presume this was due to lack of maintenance. We were on the top floor and it was very hot despite the extra fans the hotel provided. The room was nice and generally clean except for heavy dust on some shelves & on top of the safe. Under the toilet rim was a bit uninviting. There was sometimes a lack of staff. I waited about 10 mins to check out. The breakfast was OK. It had the usual Full English & Continental but they needed more staff to clear the tables. Generally, the hotel was OK but could be better. We still had a great event.

Very average hotel. Some areas of the room beginning to look like they need some redecoration etc. Bed comfy but for the price it is pretty poor that no air con available. Reception ok. Some quite entitled guests with no manners. Car park good a a very good location. Bar staff were very helpful. Just lacks that finesse that a lot of other hotels bring to the table these days - i stayed to see if it was suitable for a group booking - sad to say it isn't up to the standard I would want.

The hotel is not in Oxford, is actually 30 minutes drive from the actual city and just a few rooms have air conditioning. If you plan to come during summer, the rooms are quite hot.

There is a small green algi in the steam room on the walls that could be looked into sorting please

The room was quite warm as there was no air conditioning. However, the current temperatures are unusually high, so I wouldn’t consider this a negative under normal circumstances. There was plenty of parking available, including both fast and standard EV charging points. Breakfast was self-service with a good selection, and everything was really nice.

Staff were very helpful despite being busy with several different groups. Hotel put on an earlier breakfast than usual for F1 and football fans. Would recommend

This place is full of character and charm. Lots of local travelers, less international -- providing a distinctly British feel.

Nice hotel breakfast dissapointing tables not cleared food not replenished, a prom previous night next day toilet disgusting obviously not clean since prom Had wedding came back late room key wouldn't work bed made but dirty sheet left on it and moth flew out when pulled duvet back not good

Nice place, nice rooms pool and sauna were just what I needed.

There was no air conditioning available. There were spider webs and moth cocoons in the room and although reported to staff nothing was done about it. Bed was comfortable
