I like the overall living environment. However it would be better if bellow can be improved: 1) “Clippers Quay” which is a quite big community with service apartments. It’s really hard for travelers to find the right place to check-in (get the keys) unless you call the house owner and wait for him sending staff to pick you up. In fact, the room is not located in the building which showed in Expedia intro photo (all the other way round…it makes traveller confused and inconvenienced especially with luggages). 2)one of the two bath room: “shower” is out of order.

We were attending a Manchester United match and this apartment was perfect. Excellent location and very clean and comfortable.

Very convenient place to say whenever I’m in Manchester plenty of local EV charging should you require it? The cheapest place is the council building less than a mile away Host is very friendly and the place is always spotless

Great stay. All that we needed for a young family staying overnight. GREAT location for Old Trafford and plenty of space inside the apartment. Host was exceptional too - helped us check in early when the game we came to watch changed times

bedroom tv was out of date so none of the apps worked. the tvs weren't tuned properly so most channels were missing. the internet seemed to be faulty so was connected via a different apartment. the connection was flaky, dropped out constantly. the kitchen amenities were basic, no cooking utensils. no soft lighting in living area only bright harsh kitchen lighting...had to use a lamp from bedroom, though no side table to put it on. windows are floor to ceiling and only roller blinds so you're either in blackout or a goldfish bowl . the window sills are metal, the building has no overhang, and windows are staggered so when it rained raindrops sounded like ball bearings hitting a steel tray, the sound seemed to amplify through the window frame by the bed, kept us awake half the night. batteries both tv remotes were dead, manager brought 2 other remotes, the batteries lasted five minutes and also died, had to buy our own. the listing for the flat suggested there was parking available, failed to mention the only parking was via another private company at £17 a night. flat itself is fine just needs a few basics fixing.

Lovely, spacious apartment. Nice and clean with good facilities. Staff were really helpful at check in and secure parking was a great bonus

Overall very bad clearing and the toilet was not even flushed from previous guests.

Good-sized apartment, quiet, well positioned for the Quays, large smart TV, plenty of plug sockets.

On arrival you are greeted by the host who is very friendly and professional. The apartment itself is immaculate and fully kitted out with everything you could need for your stay surrounding area has many things to do and he’s very close to the Metro link whenever I’m in this area I always try and book this property as it is so convenient and private

Good with two rooms and two bathrooms. There were few plates and utensils. We were 4 and there was only 4 of everything so it was impractical sometimes. Comfortable and practical. With enough space. We were missing somewhere to hang the jackets and umbrellas since it was raining during our whole stay, we did not have any place to hang the wet clothes or leave our shoes at the entrance.
