Immaculately clean bedroom and shower room. Friendly, efficient and welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed and so many thoughtful items provided eg iron and ironing board.

Location great. Building great. Staff welcoming. Room was perfect, nice view of garden birds in trees, room was cosy. Stocked mini fridge. Breakfast excellent.

They need to improve the heating in the bedroom also some shelves or cupboard in the bathroom so we can put a toiletries ,the lights also need to be higher as they are very low.

This was our fourth stay at Somerville House and once again we weren’t disappointed. Usual high standard was found. Room spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and included all the luxury needed. Staff so friendly. First class breakfast.

Clean, comfortable & excellent food

Staff were warm, helpful and courteous. However limited check in times and staff not around at other times. I was on the top floor - problematic for elderly/disabled? Also sloping roof compromised the general space. I banged my head twice on going into the bathroom. Room and bedding generally clean. I felt a bit boxed-in in the shower. The shower electric heater was significantly problematic- either too hot or two cold positions of switch. But also a very poor power to the water flow.

We couldn't fault our stay. Our room was on the second floor with velux windows in both the bedroom and bathroom affording lovely views. Both rooms were spotlessly clean and warm. There is a well stocked amenity tray and a mini bar containing lots of choices. We were even offered fresh milk for our tea & coffee, so much nicer then UHT pots! The breakfasts are fresh and delicious, with a very good choice of juices, fruit, yoghurts, cereals and full English. We wouldn't hesitate to return if we find ourselves in Hereford again.

Parking was great, hospitality was perfect and the room over delivered, I had a flat tyre and Steve & Sheila were amazing, Hereford also over delivered, all in all it was an amazing stay

A good base from the train station.

Nice clean place. Comfortable clean linen and bathroom facilities. Lovely comfortable bed . Great breakfast. Just tough taking cases up two flights of stairs but not undoable. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended
