Love the environment and style of the hotel. Breakfast is not included but worth the price. They have buffet continental breakfast as well as freshly cooked ordered by yourself ！ Lots of parking slots. Quiet and clean hotel, good stay!

Staff were very helpful and thoughtful. We arrived on the family summer event and the car park was full but the hotel had the foresight to get the staff to park their own cars in the car park and then move them for residents. One of the few places that know how to serve a proper brandy - in a warmed brandy glass. Most try to serve it in a straight whisky glass with ice!

Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds and space for children to play could do with some games for children. Menu quite limited for choice and pizza van shut before we got back from our trip to LEGOLAND. Room was immaculate and serviced daily some staff came across as standoffish to the point of rude.

This was our second stay at the hotel and we loved our room in the stables. It was beautifully clean and french doors opened onto a little patio and a field my son could run around on. The rooms were cleaned daily and water refilled daily which was so needed in the heat. We needed the aircon on at night as the room became quite warm! The only issue was the additional single bed for my teen daughter - she could feel the springs and found the bed very uncomfortable. I should have highlighted this to staff but she didn't tell me until just before night 3 and we checked out the next day. We ate at the restaurant a number of times. In all honesty, the food wasn't quite as good as I remembered but still nice and the service was amazing. I recommend the Thai curry and the catch of the day. I like that the children's meals are real food. The children loved the outdoor space while we chilled at the end of busy days in Windsor (do the boat ride and visit the fudge shop), LEGOLAND and Thorpe Park. It's such a great base to have some family fun. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond but I would particularly praise the cleaning staff who really did such a fantastic job - 10/10!! It felt like home from home.

Spacious and clean room - we’d upgraded to Premium. Decent selection of drinks and tasty breakfast options. Much better value for visiting Windsor in comparison to city centre hotels - and a much more chilled vibe. Would stay again.

Plenty of parking. Large clean room. Lovely restaurant and the kids love the beanbags and swing chairs outside to relax in. Second stay here, perfect for LEGOLAND.

Hotel was beautifully decorated and modern in parts, yet old and traditional.in others. Bar and gardens were lovely. Room was really clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were all very friendly.

Checkin was relatively easy and quick, but little info was provided on how we should checkout in the early morning. The receptionist coughed all over the place though, not very sanitary. Wear a mask if you're ill and working with the public. It's very simple and the considerate thing to do. Our room was a standard double bedroom because that's what was available. It felt rather small, but was fine for one night. The bed linens were clean and neat, as were the towels, which is always good. The tub/shower combo is a bit odd as you can barely move your feet in the shower while bathing due to the shape/slope of the tub walls. It's an accident waiting to happen. The room had tons on cobwebs and dust (would not recommend if allergic). It needs a deep clean and a new coat of paint to cover all the wall markings. Our room neighbors kept trying to get into our room via the adjoining door, which was unnerving. Staff didn't seem to know where to direct us for a table for dinner. Reception sent us to the bar, the bar sent us outside (I was very clear we were there for dinner). Overall, the stay was OK, but a little disappointing. It definitely has room for improvement. We thought a family hotel would be a better experience than the big chains, but that was not the case here, unfortunately.
