Great hidden gem in a quiet part of town . Short walk to the south and north bay and shops etc. We had the small double room which was lovely and clean and had everything we needed including toiletries, tea and coffee etc. breakfast did not disappoint , lots of choice and cooked breakfast was great . Hosts were lovely . Highly recommend this place

We have just spent our wedding anniversary weekend at Tall Storeys and cannot rate it highly enough. We were welcomed by Ian and Morna with a card and bottle of fizz. We had a lovely room with a view over the harbour. Ian’s breakfasts were excellent. There is a lovely garden which we were shown around. We were lucky enough to be able to park outside the house and we were given a parking disc for the whole weekend. Would certainly go back when in Scarborough again.

Our fourth visit to Tall Storeys. Ian and Morna are the perfect hosts. The place is immaculate and in a way that totally befits the age and style of Tall Storeys.
Can’t overegg the welcome and hospitality we receive when we go there. They are attentive and so kind, but not overpowering.
Ian cooks the best classy breakfast in Scarborough, and Morna attends you with graceful aplomb. Our favourite go to place in Scarborough and so well located for easy walking access to South Beach and elsewhere. Can’t rate this place highly enough.

Our hosts Morna and Ian provided an excellent standard of service. Breakfasts were delicious, healthy and lovingly cooked and were a looked forward to part of every morning.
Our accommodation was spotlessly clean with amazing sea views. There was a comfortable lounge to relax in and the garden was a delight to stroll through.
My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Tall Storeys to other people.

Greeted on arrival by one of the owners, we had the attic rooms at the top which was 2 rooms and bathroom, the room at the back had an amazing view over Scarborough, rooms were very clean, cooked breakfast was freshly made for each person, lots of other choices as well, I am gluten free and they provided lots of choice, tall storeys is a few minutes from the sea front, I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again, thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was very cosy and had everything you could possibly want in. The breakfast was lovely and the hosts could not do enough for you. Will definitely stay there again but hopefully next time will be able to book one of the four poster rooms with a lovely sea view.
