We had continental breakfast on both days and enjoyed it as everything was fresh Staff were very friendly and only negative point was that they were informed of a special Birthday but there was nothing in our room to acknowledge that. I was in a single room on the 5th floor. It was tiny, tucked in the eaves and could not have been more perfect. Enough room for everything, comfy bed and very quiet. Great night’s sleep.

Room was a good size for a Single, bed comfortable and bathroom nicely fitted out, though on the small side. The shower was brilliant as were the complimentary gels, shampoos etc. All very clean as well. Apart from there being only a small wall-fitted bracket for clothes (no wardrobe or drawers), I could find no other complaints for my room, no. 105. It was also right next to the lift, but I heard no noise at all.

We have stayed here before when visiting family. Although the rooms are not the biggest in the world, it is comfortable clean and in a quiet location but very close to central London. There are lots of local restaurants and bars nearby.
