各方面不理想，例如公用設施多士爐，咖啡機，lift 也壞。 客客房內設施不齊全，沒有提供牙刷牙膏以及拖鞋，只有要求時才提供有限的數量。 房間不清潔很多塵。 感覺不安全，酒店大門沒有關上時沒有職員留守於reception，好像隨時有陌生人可進，即是沒有酒店卡的人也可內進 早餐時段職員沒有禮貌去對待客人的要求。

Basic room clean and well maintained breakfast limited no bar available which was a real shame

My single room was much too small. It was so small I couldn’t position my open suitcase anywhere but between the wall and the bed. No chair or table, of course.

Super fint lille værelse med helt nyrenoveret badeværelse. Sengen var dog meget smal(140cm) og kvaliteten af madrassen var virkelig dårlig. Beliggenhed super med the underground lige rundt om hjørnet

Cheguei no hotel com uma boa primeira impressão pela aparência, mas a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Logo no início, a recepcionista foi antipática e ríspida durante o check-in. Para piorar, o elevador não estava funcionando, e eu e meu namorado que estamos com problema na perna tivemos que subir escadas íngremes carregando malas e bolsas, sem qualquer ajuda ou suporte da equipe do hotel. Uma situação totalmente desumana e sem o mínimo de consideração com os hóspedes. O quarto já era pequeno, mas além disso a cama, os travesseiros e o edredom eram extremamente desconfortáveis, tornando impossível descansar direito. Os únicos pontos positivos foram a boa pressão da água do chuveiro e o espelho do banheiro que não embaça com o vapor. Fora isso, não há absolutamente nada que justifique o valor da estadia. No café da manhã do dia seguinte, o cenário foi ainda pior: um verdadeiro caos. Não havia lugar para sentar, a equipe claramente parecia sem treinamento e praticamente todos os funcionários estavam mal-humorados e com péssima postura no atendimento. A situação mais absurda foi ver uma mulher que aparentava ser gerente gritando com os funcionários na frente dos hóspedes, criando um ambiente extremamente constrangedor e desagradável. Foi justamente esse conjunto de experiências que me fez desistir completamente de estender minha estadia no hotel. Faltou organização, empatia, profissionalismo e principalmente respeito com quem está pagando para ter conforto.

Cleanliness was fine, but the room was a bit odd, seemingly built underground. That said I had no trouble with cleanliness or the way that I was treated. The location is convenient to the Earls Court tube. Stop.

Lækkert og nyrenoveret hotel. Meget smagfuldt interiør. Perfekt beliggenhed i rolig gade og godt udgangspunkt for at se London. Hyggeligt område med butikker m.m. Vi var 2 voksne med 2 større børn. Sengene var hårde, men rummet fint og rent. Morgenmaden god, men bemærk at morgenmad først er fra kl. 7.30 i løbet af ugen og kl. 8 i weekenden. Det var lidt sent for os. Der er kun 1 kaffemaskine, så man står nemt i kø i 15 minutter og dernæst i kø til selve morgenmaden. Vil anbefale hotellet at udvide med 1 kaffestation mere, større morgenmadsområde eller blot færdiglavet kaffe på kander. Men alt i alt et fint 3 stjernet hotel med venligt personale.

The standard double is very small and you can’t check in ahead of time. One of the days the breakfast was a bit late coming out and the line for coffee can get quite long in the morning as they only have one machine and no drip. Overall, minor inconveniences, but not a bad stay.

L'hôtel est moderne, très propre et l'emplacement tout indiqué très près du métro. Le personnel est courtois et très serviable. Le p'tit déjeuner quoique modeste, est appréciable. Mention spéciale à la disponibilité de pain sans gluten!! Les chambres dites compactes le sont réellement. À savoir si vous avez beaucoup de bagages ou aimez avoir un peu de place. Pour une personne seule, ne restant pas longtemps, ce ne fut aucunement un souci, car la chambre est bien confortable et lumineuse. J'y retourne sans hésiter!

Excellent location with amazing food options close by. Room was as described though it took some time to get the air conditioning working correctly (possibly me). The door was also very noisy as it would vibrate when the outside fire doors were opened or closed, fixed with some cardboard. Minor issues and easily fixed. Would definitely stay there again.

Held my bags until check in time. Staff courteous and helpful. Friendly. Room good size for London with large (for London) bathroom and everything one needs including iron and ironing board in room (didn't have to ask). Helpful to have a bar and restaurant on site when your feet can't walk another step! Gloucester Road tube under 10 min walk. Will stay again.

Very clean hotel room very clean too. Great shower, Nice Tv,Staff very nice.Very small room to manoeuvre around.And mattress was very lumpy too uncomfortable for me.Hypnos mattress are the Best mattress for hotels.

Quartier charmant, proche du métro, de multiples restaurants à proximité, proche du musée d'histoire naturelle pour les adeptes de la marche, immeuble avec du cachet, décoration élégante, chambres assez grandes, salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle, climatisation difficile a régler ou je ne suis pas doué, petit déjeuner moyen mais varié, possibilité de consigner les bagages à l'accueil apres le check-out.

Mysigt hotell med vänlig och hjälpsam personal! Välstädat rum och rent hotell. Frukosten hade ingen varm mat utan endast tex bröd/yoghurt. Bra läge med nära till tunnelbana. Överlag mycket nöjda med vistelsen!

Metrô muito próximo,várias lojas e restaurantes ,ponto de ônibus fácil, local muito tranquilo e silencioso.
