I have booked a deluxe room but they gave me a superior room. Room smells cigarettes and humid wood which is very unpleasant. I didn’t ask for any morning call but they called me at 6am!! The staff called Darika that helped me check in has a unwelcoming attitude and not helpful at all. The location of this hotel isn’t great and far to anywhere. Overall speaking, if you are looking for a stay at Titanic like hotel to get a nostalgic back to 80s feeling, here’s the place. I regretted so much in picking this hotel as my anniversary stay.

Our room was beautiful. We were there during heat wave and the air had a hard time keeping up. They came right away and fixed it so we were comfortable. Breakfast is lovely and staff are lovely.

I never felt unsafe in a hotel before. On our first day an employee or contractor of the hotel entered our room while we were watching TV. No knock, just entered. He was still in his white painters outfit. We yelled for him to get out and he did.
We called the hotel desk and the hotel claims no one ever entered our room. Later that same night after we were in bed the front desk called saying someone was coming to our room to pick up a small bag left in the bathroom.
At first the hotel was applogetic and sent a bottle of wine to the room. Now, the hotel maintains this did not even occur. I will not trust them again with me or my family's security.

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing, given a complimentary upgrade which was lovely. Pool and sauna were not available which was disappointing and the hotel does not have parking again with the amount you’re paying you’d think these would be available.
