I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. It has faced to so dirty roof top. I never open the window during my holiday. I was very disappointed I paid so much money for about 6 nights but resulted I got the room with such bad view. Could you please check if they provided the incorrect room type for me?

Breakfast was terrible, you have to wait ages to be seated as the restaurant is not big enough to serve the hotel.
Be careful which part of the hotel you stay in, some rooms on the road are incredibly noisy and you can hear the tube every 20 seconds. No sleep!

今回他の地方に回るため、ロンドン到着後2泊と出発2泊を同じランガムにしましたが、到着後の2泊は水回りが悪く困りましたが、出発2泊のお部屋はとても快適でした。
良かったのは頼みたいことが、チャット形式のやり取りで日本語でできたこと、英語が苦手な人にはとてもいいです。
8日、チェックアウト時、フロント黒ぶちのメガネをかけた女性の方が嫌な感じでしたので
すぐに隣の違う女性の方に対応してもらえてとても親切でよかったです。
