Stylish room, fabulous veggie breakfast & absolutely lovely staff!

Rooms were fabulous Hotel gas so much character Staff couldn’t do enough for you, very friendly and very personable

everything was right

Exceeded all expectations - was a great find. Rooms were done really well, really friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast options (included), and although we didn’t spend too much time in the bar, it was a decent pub. Ubers into town no problem, and onsite parking. Would return / definitely recommend

Starr very friendly. Checked in online so only had to pay & get key. Room comfortable & clean. Great big shower. Food excellent & a good price. Would definitely stay again.

Great food friendly staff but the down part I had a 10 day stay with a room with no wardrobe or dresser for my clothes so had to live out a suitcase for the stay not so good

Great place to stay, nice rooms, pub and restaurant as well. Close to Bournemouth train station and other public transportation.

Was made to feel very welcome by the manager and all the staff. Very friendly and accommodating!

The young girl who served breakfast was friendly and welcoming and exceptional in her role . The food was excellent. Issues with the TV and internet were sorted promptly. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Nice big, traditional property, with friendly staff. Getting advice on choice of food options for coeliac was not straight forward

Easy parking, Staff helpful, bedroom windows filthy, toilet seat broken, asked for 2 drinks, neither were available, no cereal option for breakfast and toast was grilled on one side only. Not a great experience overall

From check in to check out staying at the Pavilion Arms was a pleasure and the hotel was very clean and rooms very comfortable and stylish

Lovely location. Bar was really nice with great selection of food and drinks. The room although a little small for us was very nice with a lovely boutique vibe. The manager Matt was beyond helpful and took time to speak with us and make sure that our stay was as planned. Very pleased and would definitely stay there again.
