The apartments are great and the staff do friendly. The facilities are also good and the food in the restaurant was excellent.
The only challenge we had was no TV for the week. They came to see if they could fix it, but unfortunately they could not. We were also unable to chrome to the TV as not enough bandwidth on the TV.

Nice place. However some rooms are very dangerous with low beams. We left with two head injuries and headaches over Christmas. This is a critical heath and safety issue and needs to be fixed

We loved our stay here, friendly and helpful staff, great facilities (spa, pool, gym and beauty salon), beautiful surroundings. The hall is stunning, we really enjoyed dining there and the live music (piano man) was an added bonus. We will be back!
