Travelodge and Expedia have very bad communication together, we very nearly did not get our booking. EX say check in is 12 when TL say it is 2pm. Parking is not free as advertised. The only thing hot in the breakfast was the coffee. TL blamed us for booking through EX and all the problems that they are having. You only get your bedding changed if you ask them to do so otherwise it will never be changed until you leave. Our overall experience was disappointing we have chosen to avoid all Travelodge from now on, we truly feel we will get a better experience from any other hotel and we recommend you do the same. Save your money from this company and go elsewhere even if you pay more you will not regret it

Clean and quiet room, really pleasant staff and a really good breakfast.

Its a good place for a days trip. We went to Bournemouth for a day to visit the beach, we mainly used the hotel to wash and relax after a whole day at bea h. The toilets were not very clean, the room is very basic but sleeps 4 very nicer as we took the family rooms and it had 2 seperate single beds. Breakfast was also very basic no vegan or had limited vegetarian options -wasnt worth the money

For winter duvets was too thin

Great location near to beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Would definitely stay again. :)

Terrible. It's a hostel. Homeless living there. Bed bugs. Rude staff.

We had a lovely one night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was easy and a quick walk to the beach and bus service ran frequently just outside the hotel. It advertises free parking but it isn’t. You have to pay for your stay it was £7 for 24hours

Bookd through Expedian they gave wrong check in times no info about hotel rude staff wouldnt warm babys milk for us and property was smelly really run down defo aint bookin there again

Staff is very friendly and helpful but the bathroom hasn’t been deep cleaned. The ground floor stinks of bodily fluids.

While Travelodge cannot lay claim to being a fancy 5-Star facility like some, plenty must be stated about the cleanliness, attention to detail and sheer effort by Ana, Tamas and all the other supervisors and staff. The take their jobs seriously and better still do it with professionalism and a smile - In todays global currency, that means a lot. I was in residence for a full week and experienced hospitality and support every day. So we’ll done all and I’ll definitely be looking forward to coming back to Bournemouth.
