Buongiorno volevo segnalarvi che la prenotazione effettuata dal vostro sito non è andata a buon fine, nel senso che avevamo ricevuto una risposta dell'hotel via mail che ci diceva di non avere disponibilità ma che allo stesso prezzo ci avrebbero dato due stanze all'Hotel Cristal. Abbiamo detto che per noi andava bene ma quando siamo arrivati ad Asmara non c'era nessuna camera a nostro nome ne al Sunshine, alla reception dell'albergo ci hanno detto che loro non sono on line da 2 anni, e lo stesso al Cristal che non aveva disponibilità. Abbiamo dovuto trovare una soluzione al volo sul posto con le conseguenze che potete immaginare. Vi segnalo l'accaduto per eviatre che possa accadere anche ad altri turisti. Grazie Rita Rufo

Bathroom very dated only shower tray with wrap round curtain. Bed and pillows ridiculously hard and very uncomfortable. Service however very good. very expensive for what you get, but that Eritrea for you. The Wi-Fi was none existent

Sähköposti aukesi tunnin odottelun jällkeen ja oli koko päivän todella vaikeaa päästä nettiin. Lisäksi n. 15min todellista käyttöä, jonka jälkeen ilmoitus, että olet käyttänyt nttiä tarpeeksi sinä päivänä.

Old-time Italian, full of oddities. Very nice reception and restaurant staff but menu needs reworking and language corrected. If things don't work in your room, e.g light, hot water, they repair immediately. I enjoyed my stay.

Sadly Eritrea is not a tourist destination to recommend. The hotel is expensive for about a one star hotel. Wifi is virtually non existent, hot water a rare commodity and food very average. One can only travel out of Asmara with difficulty and great expense. Not a place I will return to in a hurry, much as I loved Asmara in the past.
