El servicio maravilloso, muy atentos todos, lo único es que hay un poco de ruido en la noche los fines de semana así que si quieres descansar pide las habitaciones alejadas de la calle

Affordability and cleanliness. Staff is very welcoming.

You get what you pay for. The property was decent for the price. The breakfast was ok the room was clean. The bathroom had a constant leak

Stayed there for 12 and half days. The staff was friendly, changed our room quickly when there was an issue with door and smell issues with the toilet floor drain. We changed rooms twice. Competitive cost for what you get. I would recommend staying there.

Newish looking hotel, looks clean and simple. We only stayed for a few hours due to travel delays, but it looks like you are not allowed to get a double bed if you are traveling with a friend or partner of the same sex -- something not unusual for Ethiopia, so keep in mind.

A good effort towards an international standard. I enjoyed the food. The airport shuttle is on paper and not in practice. Communication before arrival was ignored. The mattress was of poor quality so bad for the back. The door refused to open several times and senior looking people who eventually changed batteries for the locking system did not care to apologize. With serious managed this new hotel has great potential.

I like the location and the greeting I received at the door of the hotel. Some employees at front desk and dining area are not friendly and did not treat all the guests in the same hospitality.

The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean; the wifi was reliable; and the restaurant had prompt service. Although I was told that the hotel is in an area that can be noisy, I heard no noise in my room. My stay at the Marcen Addis was a pleasure.

I liked its Cleanliness and quietness. What I didn't like - sometimes staffs forget to put soaps and shoes in the room and I needed to call and remind them

A very nice and comfortable hotel, really clean and impeccable. Friendly and polite staff. Good food with fresh fruit and juices for breakfast. A very comfortable bed,wish could have taken it home ;-) I had booked a standard room, but was upgraded to junior suite which was lovely. The only problem was that WiFi was down some days. A brand new and very nice small hotel!
