The room is clean, with microwave and big desk. Close to tram station and shopping mall.

The location is good and quiet. Tram station is just only 5 mins away from apartment. But if you take big or heavy luggage, that is pretty tired to get there. There are some restaurant and supermarkets nearby. Room is big enough to me and just open the door with the passcode is very convenient.
They provided knife, scissors, plates in room but no stove for cooking. On the other hand, there are microwave and fridge in the room.
The luggage room is in the basement, the place cannot access by lift. I took my 27.4KG luggage and walk 18 steps down to the basement. How come the luggage down to the basement without ramp to go? Not everyone can take a big luggage and down to 18 steps! I think the forenom's management should think about this problem.
I know the mid-summer festival is an big event in Scandinavia. That's totally ok for staff getting day off. But there are some customers still want to check in and out during 21-23 June. I wanna check out but I didn't get any code for luggage room to store my luggage. Why don't you guys have the better arrangement for check out (or check in) customers on 21-23 June? You guys can send email to us before getting day off. So that we no need to call hotline and wait for you guys for 20 mins to give us a code for luggage room. This arrangement doesn't make sense.

鬧中取靜的好地方，附近就有超市，門前馬路上就有計程車站，距離中央車站/百貨商場也都是走路可及，是市中心cp值很好的地方。房內有微波爐、電熱水壺、咖啡機冰箱等，很方便。

簡單的民宿, 煮食設備齊全, 浴室是日式酒店般細, 地點雖近Kamppi shopping mall, 但步行去中央車站有點遠, 特別是冬天拉行李時, 所以可以在附近搭7號或9號電車
由於前台長期無人, 其實是有點無助, 當天我check out時需要到存放行李, 但行李房需要密碼, 幸好遇到清潔工幫忙才能找到職員提供密碼
