lobby staff are nice and helpful restaurant staff is rude and impolite (when we try to take a small bottle of hot water away after having the breakfast, the staff shouted but we didn't aware that she was shouting at us, so we didn't stop taking the hot water. then, she shouted us again and warn us that it was charged if we take the hot water from the restaurant and asked us impolitelying whether we understand. we then, shopped to take but she was still rude to us) totally unacceptable experience :(

Stayed in 2 hotels at Kami due schedule replan. This hotel was just 2 old and make everything seemed dirty. However, the reception ladies were very helpful and friendly! The best kind of receptionist in my 12 days trip!

Huoneet (pinnat, tekstiilit ja kalusteet) vaatisi päivittämistä. Sänkyjen ruskeat helmalakanat ihan karmeat ja kattovalaisin. Vessan lavuaari ihan liian iso vessaan, pöntöllä pitää istua vinkkurassa kun allas paino kylkeen. Muutoin siistiä ja henkilökunta ok.
