酒店整體服務水平高，早餐豐富，靠近滑雪場。

地點很好，去滑雪也很方便！室內的溫水水上樂園，超贊，很好玩，唯一不好就是餐廳沒有室內連接過去，一定要從室外走過去，而且房間內沒有電話，要用自己的電話打去接待處！

地點離雪場非常近，在寒冬中有附SPA池是最大賣點。類型像度假村。

It is inside a ski resort, Levi. The whole complex is big. The room is comfortable and the entertainment facilities good. The breakfast is OK. There is a shopping centre close by. However, most shops were closed as it was not the holiday season in late May. You need a car to reach the hotel and can just park the car outside the bungalow in which your room is situated. Overall, it was a relaxing experience. I hope I can come back later to enjoy a ski holiday.

Stort plus att en kock stod och gjorde omelett på frukosten, det var fantastiskt. Långt att gå till skidliften från hotellet.

Rommet var rent og pent, litt slitt bærer preg av alder. Frokosten var veldig bra, godt utvalg og stort pluss for omelett stasjonen

Jättefint rum men långt till frukosten, synd också att det inte ingår parkering utan extra kostnad när man bor på hotellet

Ok room. Thought i had booked a room inside the hotell, but we were placed behind the hotell in some kompleks. Asked for an upgrade but the price was very high during the easter. Good breakfast and friendly staff

Clean room, close to the slopes

Frühstück war gut und vielfältig, Loipe war vom Zimmer aus zu sehen, Skilift ebenso. Mobiliar war sehr verwohnt, da wären ein paar Neuerungen notwendig.

Spa hotel is a misnomer: the ‘Spa’ is part of the external waterpark, which charges extra (which would be ok), but more importantly, there’s no entry before noon or after 7pm, thus, if you go skiing, there’s no chance to go to the Sauna after dinner or in the morning. I wish this would have been noted on the website - I would certainly not have booked this if I knew!

Nice location, staff is very friendly. Premium breakfast is worth the spend in our opinion. The downside, the rooms are too warm and are centrally controlled. Our room was 73 degree's, which for us was way too hot. Your only option is to open windows which is difficult to get the temperature consistent. There is also significant road noise where we were. The pillows suck, no other word for it. A pillow case with minimal fill, might as well have nothing. Asked for extra pillows, took 2 days to get them. This place serves a purpose, but is by no means luxury.
