赫尔辛基皇家丽笙酒店

整修後很新的房間。飯店地理位置很棒，就在地鐵站及購物商場出口。附近有三四間大型超市。此外，一個意外的驚喜是，我們遇到的是金鑰匙的服務人員。

Convenient and good place to stay. The staff is nice.

The location is great, and the room is comfortable, however, the housekeeping is awful. They didn’t clean both the room and bathroom floor, even after the request, still nothing improved, very dusty floor!

Very convenience

Smooth check in, great breakfast, missed the gym but the single sex saunas are great to relax. Found some odd items/nail clippings under our hotel beds indicating there were not hoovering under the bed . Otherwise it is a good place to stay. I would stay again

Clean nice room

Hotel was really nice, room clean and bed very comfortable, close to the city center, walking distance.

Alles war top. Wir haben nur einen Punkt zu bemängeln - die Sauna war zu klein :-) für eine Nacht ist dieses Hotel super.

Siisti huone. Hyvä illallisravintola. Kehno aamupala.

Hieno hotelli

It was a nice staying, although needs to be improved. We had a reservation at another hotel but they inform us 2 weeks before leaving about a renovation that they would do to the building and moved us at Plaza hotel, which was in a more convenient location after all. The room was decent, definitely not value for money. It was much smaller than we expected for a Radisson blu hotel. The breakfast also needs to be improved. It wasn’t representative to the chain hotels. It had only two options at the egg bar (omelet with specific goods and fried eggs). Had certainly a gluten free space but was really small. Needs to be improved in many areas. We were about to be provided every day with water due to our membership but this never happened.

Wenn ich in Helsinki bin, übernachte ich immer im Radisson Blu Royal. Leider ist aktuell eine große Baustelle nebenan, diese hat aber zum Glück keinen Lärm gemacht. Personal wie immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war früher mehr besonders.

A free room upgrade was given, great! Enjoyed our stay, the only bad thing was too powerful AC setting. A bit chilly prior to turning it off.

Hyvä keskustahotelli, myös ravintolan ruoka laadukasta.

Saapuessamme huomasimme, että lattiat olivat pölyiset ja tahraiset. Petauspatjojen ja patjan välissä oli paljon roskaa. Lavuaari vessassa ja WC pytty vetivät huonosti ja lamppu työpöydällä ei palanut. Ovesta irtosi joka kerta suojalätkä, kohdasta johon korttia käytettiin sisäänpääsyssä. Näkymä ikkunasta oli rakennustyömaalle. Muutoin vierailu sujui hyvin.

Hotel incrível, muito confortável e atendimento excelente! A localização também é excelente com acesso a tudo e com muitas opções de compras e comidas no entorno.

Aivan ihana henkilökunta ja huone. Nukuimme hyvin ja aamupala oli todella hyvä ja monipuolinen! Ainut miinus siitä että vessassa oleva ”saippuatarjotin” oli aivan pölyssä ja siinä oli saippuatöhnän jälkiä.

Hotelli oli upea. Huoneessa oli mahtava sänky ja muutenkin huone oli kauniisti sisustettu. Saimme huoneen ennakkoon, ystävälliseltä asiakaspalvelijalta. Aamupalalla oli aina ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla, lähistöltä löytyi kaikki. Tulimme junalla Helsinkiin, joten parkkeeraus asiasta ei kokemusta. Ainoa negatiivinen asia oli, että kylpyammeen vesi myös valui kylvyn jälkeen lattialle, eikä se ollut vielä aamullakaan kuivanut, koska eihän se vesi ylämäkeen pääse. Tässä ehkä suunnitteluvirhe. Muuten kaikki sujui hyvin.
