位置特別好, 我們待2晚出門即可看到北極光, 屋內很寛敝, 陽台可看到很漂亮风景及晚霞, 設備齊全有小廚房可以煮東西, 有機會還是會再訂此hotel ,早餐很丰盛, 晚餐很可口美味, 酒店還給20% discount 旁邊就是滑雪場, 觀賞美景的好地方

Nice hotel

the arrangements are very good and the staff there are very friendly they knew we were just staying for two nights and the weather was not really nice but they still managed to arrange the snowmobile activity for us and the sauna in the room is really nice

The Aurora Cabin was excellent with very nice view, clean, comfortable bed.

This is a very nice hotel and we enjoy our stay. We book a Sauna room in advance; after we finish dinner, we go to Sauna, there is a private sauna room for us only, we enjoy it a lot. The view of hotel is perfect and they also have good breakfast.

Nice place for morning breakfast with good foods. However, it's better to have a car becasue the hotel is located at the top of the ski mountain. Without car, you must call taxi or shuttle to get down to the town or bus stop. Other than that everyting is fine with reasonable price just below EUR400 including tax for a cabin room.

This Resort was a pleasant surprise!! While looking for options around Sariselka, there were several choices for glassigloos and resorts. Due to reviews and pricing , I picked this. But I made the best decision This beautiful resort is located on top of a mountain and has ski resort as well. There are beautiful view points up on the hill with a viewing deck. You can have the best views of northern lights ( in the season) here . We stayed in an Aurora cabin and had the best views of northern lights. We could see it from our cabin itself. We also went on a Northen lights mini bus tour , which was an additional activity service available at this resort. Restaurant in the resort has some very tasty limited but very good vegetarian options for dinner . Breakfast was really elaborate with plenty of choices .

Every part of this stay at Star Arctic was truly amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, including the driver to/from the airport who told us stories about the Auroras and life as a reindeer herder. The activities were so much fun, huskies were a highlight of the trip. In our last evening, the Northern Lights made a spectacular show and we were greeted with champagne on our return to the room as a special treat on our 25th anniversary. Truly, a once in a lifetime experience!

Wir haben für eine Nacht eine Aurora Cabin gebucht. Es war einfach alles super. Das Frühstück lies keinen Wunsch offen. Zum Abendessen hatten wir einen Tisch reserviert. Das Menü war super lecker. Das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Man kann es nur empfehlen. Als Höhepunkt waren auch noch Polarlichter über unserer Cabin. Selbst vom Bett konnte man sie sehen.

This place was amazing from the moment we arrived. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The accommodation was clean and beds were really comfortable. Views were spectacular and the excursions were all excellent.

We stayed in a glass igloo at Star Arctic Hotel, and the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is situated high up on the mountain, making it a great spot for viewing the Northern Lights. Although the northern lights activity level wasn’t very strong during our stay, we still really enjoyed the experience and the unique setting. The glass igloo was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The hotel overall felt cosy and relaxing, and the reception staff were especially helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. One small issue we encountered was with the roof heating system used to melt snow. When it was left on for a long time, we noticed some water dripping from the ceiling. While it didn’t ruin our stay, it’s something the hotel could look into improving. Overall, it was a memorable stay in a beautiful location, and we would still recommend Star Arctic Hotel to anyone looking for a unique Arctic experience in Saariselkä.

We did not get to go to this resort because I had to fly back home and be admitted into the hospital due to a chronic terminal illness. I asked if they could kindly give us a credit if we are able to return next year to use at the resort and they said no. I was not asking for a refund or anything like that. Just a credit to use what we’d already paid for if we are able to return next. I would think they would show Someone with this level of serious life threatening illness a little compassion.
