Good location, and nice front table service.

second time staying in this hotel found that the service standard is dropping and the bathroom with bad smell. quite disappointed abt this stay

Good location and friendly staff

Great Location. Room was decent but the reception first gave me a standard room when I had the club room reserved. And I feel like they deliberately charged me for the breakfast again when breakfast were included or I had already paid for. I had to write them again to refund. I'm not very happy with the receptionist.

The location is very nice, there are plenty plenty of restaurants around the block. It's quiet at night, but if you go out, it is easy for you to find a cozy place to celebrate the night.

Me and my daughter stayed in room 503 for 2 nights. Like all city rooms it’s small but this is pretty small. The balcony window is nicer the lift wasn’t working for 2-3 days so that was a mountain to go up and down a few times a day. We didn’t have breakfast, but there is a Starbucks and Mac Ds just down the road. Really good location near the metro. They asked me before our stay if it was for a special occasion and it was my daughter’s 16th birthday: nothing extra was done so not sure why they asked. Air con worked, hairdryer was good. Tv just bbc news or CNN news for English channels. There was drinks in the lobby area but no prices or information: I wanted some extra milk, they didn’t understand and I tried to ask them about the metro tickets - but not helpful again. Bonus was they looked after our luggage on the day of leaving. It’s clean, basic and not far from a metro. It did us for the trip . Great for a very basic stay.

Everything was great! Good location

This is a budget hotel located near the Cadet Metro stop and in walking distance to Gard Nord, with a train directly to Charles de Gaulle airport. It's extremely easy to get around the city from here. The rooms are small and there are few amenities, but it's clean, well-maintained and has a helpful staff who speaks English. Air conditioning was very cold, hot water takes some time to arrive but is very hot. Hugo's Restaurant next door has excellent food. Avoid La Corisar, terrible food and careless service.

Aircondition did NOT WORK. Sound proofing to the corridor was very poor. They did not have any replacement air inlet in the room, so the air quality during the night was terrible. Breakfast wad D+ I would not recommend!

Bra frukost. Ligger på en lugn gata så det är tyst ifrån trafiken. Många sjysta restauranger eller barar inom en kort promenad från hotellet.

Trevligt personal, rummet var bra, nära till tunnelbana och buss. Bra läge

Magnetic cards barely worked so I had to go down to the lobby a few times. Room was clean but room service didn’t always get rid of the trash, add more tea or give a new clean mug

Tout était parfait, chambre agréable, calme et très bonne literie. Personnel sympathique et aimable. Bon petit-déjeuner Situation de l'hôtel parfaite On reviendra et on le fera savoir autour de nous.

2nd stay here. Great location. Rooms were renovated since last stay. Modern and comfortable. Good amentities. Staff was friendly, especially Ali. Disappointing that the breakfast we had pre-booked was only avaliable 2 of 5 nights. Suddenly they were renovating the dining area the 3rd morning. No heads-up and we had to talk with a manager to get the refund for prepaid breakfast. She was very professional about it though. We would definitely stay here again.
