朋友去机场接我过去的，办理入住时发生了个有趣的事情，酒店前台少刷了我100欧，后来我又去找他补上的... 此外，早餐种类不多，但需要12欧

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which really enhanced the overall experience. We travelled as a family of five—two adults and three children aged 9, 4, and 2—and found the hotel generally accommodating for families. Breakfast wasn’t included in our reservation, but the pricing structure worked well for us. For each paying adult, one child could eat free, and children under 3 were free anyway. This meant we only paid for the two adults, coming to a total of 30 CHF for all five of us, which felt like good value for what was on offer. There was a nice range of pastries and cereals, though the hot selection was quite limited. The availability of halal options was a pleasant and unexpected bonus. That said, the breakfast photos online felt slightly misleading compared to the actual spread. Our room was decent and reasonably clean, although it could have benefited from a bit more maintenance. The pull-out bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, which is fairly typical. There was also an odd smell in both the corridor and the room when we first arrived, which wasn’t the best first impression. We also noticed a few maintenance issues—two standing lamps were provided but only one had a shade, and the thermostat didn’t appear to work, although we only realised this on the final night of our stay. Housekeeping was an area that could definitely be improved. Our stay was only four days, and there was a notice stating that for stays longer than seven days

Hotel is quiet and in the country. We had the larger room which was spacious with a view over the countryside. The downside is that the dishwasher and the deep-freeze part of the fridge needed repairing. Some customers had wrecked it. Pity.

Bon accueil chambre pour 4 personnes séparées en 2 pieces avec 2 toilettes. Par contre cuisine très mal équipée peu de vaisselle et pas de table pour manger à revoir pour un apparthotel. Moins cher en passant directement sur le site de l'hôtel

The property looked run down. The rooms had no AC and the fans provided were noisy and did not work. It was about 15 mins about away from the airport.

Terrible hotel. Air condition is broken, they do provide floor fans thougb that just blow the hot air around. The room smells. Open the window and breath the smoke of the people smoming outside. We arrive after midnight and would have left to look fo another hotel but it was just too late. Everyone in our group complaining so it was not enjoyable.

Excellent place to stay, quiet village, close to Geneva by bus/tram combination. Aparthotel was fully equipped with full kitchen equipments. Lovely staff.

Es war bei unserem Aufenthalt ausserordentlich heiss, dass bei diesen Temperaturen die Klima Anlage nicht funktioniert hat, war sehr unangenehm. Zudem war sowohl im Zimmer als auch in der Lobby ein sehr unangenhmer Geruch aus einer Mischung von Putzmittel und Küche wahrnehmbar. Gut möglich, dass auch dies der Hitze geschuldet war. Ansonsten kann man beim Preis / Leistungsverhältnis nichts beanstanden. Um einmal zu übernachten, war die Unterkunft ok.

Otel konforlu ve temizdi. Kahvaltı da oldukça doyurucuydu. Yatak rahattı ve büyüklüğü yeterliydi. Sadece saç kurutma makinesi biraz eskiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Otele ulaşımı otobüsle sağladık, festival olduğu için otobüsler azdı ama yine de ulaşımda problem olmadı. Fiyat olarak oldukça iyiydi. Kalmanızı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Rien de spécial ayant payé ma réservation sur hôtel.com à mon arrivée l’agent m’a dit qu’il fallait une caution j’ai dis je n’ai plus de sous alors il avait besoin d’une garantie j’ai donné la clef de la voiture et récupérer le lendemain à mon départ! Merci de spécifier s’il y’a une caution dorénavant merci

Older facility. A lot of money spent in the 80’s marble but is quite out of date now. Asked for a family room which was spacious but room was not heated well. Was in a separate wing of the hotel and took 10 minutes for hot water to show up for a proper shower
