the hotel is overall good, the location i good. the saff is helpful. yet, the room is small as expected.

The room is clean but small, 5 minutes walk to the train station, Avis car rental is inside the station, Walking distance to the lake and many shops around the hotel.

It is a lovely hotel. Clean and cozy. Very close to Annecy train station, about 2 minutes walk. 5 minutes walk to lake Annecy. The surroundings is fine and safe. We will choose to stay again for the next trip to Annecy.

5 mins walk to the action of old town, parking on site, beautiful room, quiet. a great find. I loved it!

Bon hôtel dans les montagnes

we liked the location & cleanliness of hotel. Everything had been updated but room was very small. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk person was less than friendly. Would stay there again if there are larger rooms.

Hotel is located close to the center city and lake which is nice and it has parking on site at a reasonable rate. The web site for the hotel does not indicate you need to use a different address to get there is you are using Google maps (which the desk staff is clearly aware of) so it was frustrating to drive around for an extra half hour trying to get there. The desk staff was somewhat dismissive and off putting but the hotel itself was nice.

Rent o snyggt. Bra med parkering i garage nära. Hotellet ligger med gångavstånd till allt. Personalen kunde vara bättre. Frukost ok.

Hotel novo e muito bem localizado

Great location. Walking distance from the train station and bus terminal. Short walk to old city and the lake! Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, fantastic rain shower with really good water pressure. Breakfast was quite good as they provide farm fresh eggs and the typical French breakfast accompaniments.

Location very convenient to the Old Town but far enough from the crowds. An easy 5 minute walk. Easy walk to the lake shore too.

Helt underbart hotell nära gamla staden

Thia hotel was excellent value for money and the room was spacious and well laid out. Parking for us was near the front entrance so couldnt be any closer. Easy walk into the city centre and also the lake side. Train and bus station about a 5min walk. Breakfast area is quite something with a very nice seating area and food selection was great. Yes i would come back and stay.
