Utsøkt frokost, fantastisk orangeri og nydelige fasiliteter ute. Rommene var rene, men litt slitt. Bygningen på utsiden kunne trengt en oppgradering, men innsiden var flott.

Pool and spa were amazing. The room and balcony were both great. The breakfast was fine. There did not seem to be anyone who could speak English who could help newcomers to the area locate or recommend restaurants or nearby places to visit. As a first time visitor having a concierge available would have been helpful. It was also difficult to get clear information on the classes available at the Spa including rates, schedule and what type of background needed to join. Despite these issues, we loved the hotel and would gladly return again.

Lovely hotel well located in Aix to walk everywhere. Nice to be able to come back after a hot day and chill by the pool! Spa facilities were great and we made use of the fitness equipment. The only downside was the breakfast was not that great. We decided to have breakfast one morning and charcuterie meat served did not look fresh so we avoided that and just ate the bread and pastries. Otherwise everything was lovely! Would stay again if staying in the area.

Wonderful spa facilities, beautiful property, great location, walking distance to major museums and market, parking was a little difficult to find the entrance, but there was plenty of spots to park.

The hotel is in an ideal location, right on the edge of the old town. What really marks it out though is the beautiful outdoor pool and indoor spa facilities. The breakfast was good and the service from all staff excellent. We would look forward to returning

Grom beginning to the end our stay was fantastic! Staff was friendly and helpful . The on sight dinning was very good with a nice selection of choices. Breakfast in the morning offered a nice variety choices to choose from. Clean and very comfortable rooms.

I see the staff read the comments so writing this to be as constructive as possible. I booked this hotel because I was looking for a pool. I didn’t realize how much of a spa it actually is. So I only really used the pool - I can’t really comment on the other aspects which people seemed to enjoy. The other caveat here is that I probably stayed in one of the cheaper rooms so you get what you pay for. 1) Straight out the gate, the staff are lovely and helpful. They tolerated my crap French and that always warms my heart. But everything was super efficient 2) the restaurant is amazing. Tremendous quality for the price. 3) few amenities. For a place that considers itself a spa this was a bit surprising. No cream rince? Bring everything you need (as someone who was travelling light for the weekend, this was a pain). There is barely even any coffee. 4) the walk to the hotel from the station was less than scenic, but only 10 minutes. The area is bit run down relative to the rest of the city and the road is a construction site. That said, the other paths to the town square are absolutely charming and it was basically 10 minutes to anywhere you want to go on foot. 5) I kept hearing thumping, and wondering if my neighbours were having a good time, but it turned out that I was next to the stairs. Light sleepers will want to avoid, but it didn’t bother me too much. 6) most frustrating thing was how hard it was to know when things were open. Signs were inconsistent but staff helped

We had an amazing stay at Aquabella! It is very centrally located. The property is gorgeous! The room was spacious and very clean! The pool was a peaceful, beautiful, and delightful place to be! The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

After weeks of traveling across Eastern France and staying in some less than ideal hotels, Aquabella was a breath of fresh air and a great place to finish our trip. Its location is a short walk to most of the amazing restaurants and cafes in Aix. Although we didn’t avail ourselves of the spa (which is huge) we did spend some serious time soaking up the sunshine at the beautiful pool. My only negative observations were the elevators needed servicing (jerking to a halt on each floor) and their online hotel guide needed updating to reflect the actual opening times of the restaurant and pool as well as the available TV channels. Speaking of, it would be nice if they had a few more English speaking channels available but this was the norm in most places we stayed. Still, a great hotel in a great location and I would return anytime without hesitation.

Wonderful experience! The staff was super helpful, the location was ideal, our room was lovely, and even the food was great!

Very picturesque and convenient location. By European standards, very spacious rooms. My only concern is that they do not heat the rooms from May until November. Our visit was during an unusually cold period in May and our room never got warmer than 20C.

Great property located in a walking distance to main restaurants,cafes,and shopping . Me and my son didn’t use the amenities such as pool, sauna, fitness room, but we liked what we did see. My only complaint is the poor maintenance conditions in the bathroom. The sink was clogged, the shower holder was broken,and the faucet was rusted. I did inform the front desk about that . Despite of it I do recommend this property.
