I liked this small and quirky hotel. The 3 rooms on the top floor with terraces are best, and although I was not given the larger room I was promised, my much smaller room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. The seating and view from the terrace were wonderful. An added plus is that the hotel is located a stone's throw from the train and bus stations, and a short walk to the historic center. All in all, a good stay.

Hôtel très bien situé, propre et calme. La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec des produits frais. Le Celenya a aussi un restaurant qui mérite de s’y arrêter. Je recommande l’établissement.

Tout s'est très bien passé comme toujours quand je séjourne au Celenya Hôtel. Personnel aimable, disponible. Tout est parfait.

La personne à l accueil a été très sympathique, ce qui l est moins, c est la chambre (triple) dans laquelle nous nous trouvions! Trop exigüe mais le pire est la salle d eau!!. Pas de paroie de douche, l eau s écoule sur le carrelage jusqu'au wc!, une raclette et mise à disposition pour éviter que l eau ne s échappe par la porte et atteigne la chambre!!. Les toilettes sont positionnés de telle façon que quelqu'un de grand ne peut s assoir convenablement à moins de se mettre de coté pour ne pas avoir les genoux contre le mur en faience!. J ose espérer que des travaux sont en prévision!. Valerie

First of all, Expedia was useless, we had an issue on check-in because I received a late notification of the required deposit and the helpline was automated. On the other hand, the receptionist from the hotel managed to solve my issue, but the APP should be clearer with the information. The hotel is very well located, 24hours reception and you can order food anytime. Only the cleaning could be better, from the day I checked in, the bathroom didn't look clean and always smell coming from the pipes. Plus, banging doors, so a bit noisy. The customer service was priceless, so that made it worth it!

Hôtel sans prétention mais très bien situé et bien tenu. Le prix reste contenu et le petit déjeuner, simple mais copieux est pris dans un cadre agréable. La salle de bain est près petite mais fonctionnelle, je m'étonne toutefois qu'il n'y ait pas de détecteur de fumée dans les chambres...

Richtig schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr schön stilvoll eingerichtet, direkt am Bahnhof gelegen! Ich würde wieder kommen!

🇬🇧 English review My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The beds were not comfortable at all, and they made a lot of noise with even small movements, which affected the quality of sleep. The bathroom also had a bad smell, which made the experience unpleasant. In addition, I noticed cockroaches in the bathroom, which is very concerning in terms of cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, I expected a much better standard of comfort and hygiene. ⸻ 🇫🇷 Avis en français Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été décevant. Les lits n’étaient pas confortables du tout et ils faisaient beaucoup de bruit au moindre mouvement, ce qui a nui à la qualité du sommeil. La salle de bain dégageait également une mauvaise odeur, ce qui rendait l’expérience désagréable. De plus, j’ai aperçu des cafards dans la salle de bain, ce qui est très préoccupant en termes de propreté et d’hygiène. Dans l’ensemble, je m’attendais à un niveau de confort et de propreté bien meilleur.

Chambre très petite sans voilage aux fenêtres. Salle de bain extrêmement petite, pas de place dans la douche. Rideau de douche ne pouvant pas être mis à l'intérieur du bac à douche par manque de place, l'eau s'écoule sur le sol! Le confort au wc est limité par manque d'espace. Le distributeur de papier étant placé juste à coté, il est impossible de se tenir assis correctement. Heureusement que mes voisins de chambre étaient peu bruyant mais problème d'isolation phonique. Point positif : Proche de la gare et du centre.

Hôtel très bien placé et très propre. U' rideau de douche ne serait pas de trop.

Breakfast is good. Bed very small. Ants in the bathroom 😔. No glass door in the shower 🚿 room. Dangerous balconies.

The room I stayed in, I found the toilet broken and unable to flush it. I had asked housekeeping and they already knew about the toilet but put me in that room anyway. They did get someone to fix the second day. In the bathroom/floor was a bit dirty, it turned my socks black. The plug socket next to the bed was also faulty falling out of the wall and there was no plug for the bath. The lift also broke the second day so 5 flights of stairs to take luggage. The staff were friendly though and aside from the issues was a nice hotel with balcony.
