Disney tatilimiz için bu oteli tercih ettiğimize çok memnun kaldık. Otelin teması, mimarisi ve sunduğu sıcak atmosfer sizi daha ilk andan itibaren masalsı bir havanın içine çekiyor. Odamız son derece temiz, geniş ve konforluydu; gün boyu parklarda yorulup döndükten sonra dinlenmek için mükemmel bir ortam sundu.

Amazing hotel! So close to the Disney parks on foot or a shuttle to jump on! Kids absolutely loved the woodu themed rooms and the Starbucks on site was an added bonus! Will 100% stay again!

早上報到時工作人員就寫錯房號，直到我園區玩了一整天看完煙火，回來提領行李回到飯店房間之後，因為行李太重扛不上二樓到櫃檯要改房間時才發現給錯房號跟住宿區域…超扯…隔天退房後忘了一罐啤酒在房內窗邊，詢問櫃檯直接表示房務回報整理沒發現，就是直接幹走當做自己的了啊！整理到沒帶走的物品連等個一天都不願意…Zz

第一次不推薦，因為check in時前台服務員態度已經不是很好，沒有想過迪士尼員工竟然會如此雖然她不是態度極差但她的不專業沒有收藏好，房間地面好像油油的，浴室不潔，浴簾是爛的，唯一讓我感覺滿意的是餐廳早餐的員工，早餐正常的與普通一般酒店的早餐一樣，雖然有注明是慶祝周年但酒店甚至一句祝福都沒有

Breakfast wasnt the best, €25 was quite expensive.
Pedro who checked us in wasnt very polite, everything was a problem.
We had had a cancelled flight and had to travel from manchester to luton early hours so could have done without his dosmissive attitude

En las descripciones del hotel menciona que tiene aire acondicionado, el cual era inexistente. Los cuartos eran terriblemente calurosos, la unidad de “aire” no se sintio nunca, no bajaba de 20 grados, habia un abanico de techo solo de Adorno por que no echaba aire, y nunca atendieron nuestros reclamos. Para poder dormir tuvimos que abrir la ventana (que la apertura era como de 35 grados, abrir cortinas y desear que refrescara la noche. Lo unico positivo, las camas comodas….

The room was very spacious and clean, the theming was very cute. The only drawback is ending up on the second floor with no elevators but it was manageable. The AC worked really well in the extreme heat keeping the room very comfortable. It would have been more convenient if there was a quick food option besides starbucks to grab a bite or snacks. I would not recommend the breakfast buffet, it was very crowded and the food was not great.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Disney Hotel Cheyenne. Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Spaziergang zu den Parks ist angenehm. Trotz hoher Außentemperaturen funktionierte die Klimaanlage zuverlässig und sorgte für ein komfortables Zimmerklima.
Weniger überzeugt hat uns die Zimmergrösse, die recht knapp ausfällt. Zudem gab es einige kleine Mängel, die leicht hätten vermieden werden können: Im Zimmer lag noch ein Zettel eines vorherigen Gastes, der Safe war nicht geöffnet, die Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht und auf dem Boden befanden sich einige fremde Haare.
Keiner dieser Punkte war gravierend oder hat unseren Aufenthalt wesentlich beeinträchtigt. Mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt bei der Zimmerkontrolle durch das Reinigungsteam wären diese Kleinigkeiten jedoch einfach zu beheben gewesen.

Pas facile de trouver la réception quand on arrive le soir directement du parc par la route le long de l’eau .
3 fois on a tapé à notre porte entre 9h30 et 10h50… nous n’avions pas trouvé hier soir le panneau « ne pas déranger » mais ce fut assez embêtant …

Room was clean, and spacious enough with plenty of hangers and a safe. Kettle. No fridge. Toiletries replenished daily. Rooms are getting a bit worn. Communal areas, stairs etc could do with hoovering. No lift. Buses aren’t very regular, maybe every 15 minutes. Takes about 15 minutes to walk via Disney Village which isn’t very attractive and very noisy. If you come by train it’s the same 15 minute walk. Staff helpful enough. Starbucks on site. Queues for breakfast looked long. €24pp.

I’m a Disney fan. I’m platinum on Disney cruises and passholder for wide Orlando. I was so excited to take the kids to Disney Paris. Wow. This was an eye opener. Just a couple things that maybe it was my fault for expecting.
1) helpfulness? Not here. I went to the guest services a few times because I had questions. Like my kids needed some extra pillows? No. My wife got bitten by something, where can we get some first aid? Not here too bad. It’s really hot are there ice machines anywhere? No, go ask the bartender for some ice. I was flabbergasted at the attitudes. Like it was a problem to be talking to me. Fine. But then the amenities…
2) no ice anywhere. No fridge in the room. No ice machines in the hotel. I’ve never seen a hotel without an ice machine.
3) no quick service? None of the hotels in this stretch had a quick service or anything just crazy expensive buffets. We ended up taking the shuttle to Disney village and eating at rainforest cafe.
Bottom line, if you’re looking for somewhere affordable to stay, with basic amenities and friendly staff, this isn’t it. The rooms cheap(ish) I guess? Just be prepared for the rest.
