The Elsa is a great 4 star boutique hotel. It is very convenient to the metro and 2 blocks from The Arc de Triomph. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. We could not have asked for more.

The room is quite small yet it provides the majority of things you need for a short stay. There are free coffee and tea at reception which is very food. The location is very convenient as well, 3 mins walk to metro and Arc de Triomphe.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Great location. Loverly staff. Easy to get to from and from airport and all attractions.
Plus L’Arc restaurant next door and Pâtisserie over the road was unbelievable.

Great location, the metro was easily accessible and a two minute walk. Staff were friendly and helpful and we stayed for six nights. Breakfast was very good. My only concern (not the hotel's fault) is a hidden tax that were not made aware of on Expedia. They city charges a tax to each traveller and we had to pay an additional $165 CAD on our way out. Beware, the price you see is only for the hotel.

Equipe de funcionários nao faz nada para serem cordiais e gentis! Quando chegamos achei que afuncionaria foi ate meio rude! Chegamos cansados e pediu para que nao sentassemos na area do cafe para esperar o quarto estar pronto! Pediu para nao tirar foto da area do cafe da manha! Esse foi um dos exemplos da falta de cordialidade na chegada! Mas fora a equipe de funcionarios o restante foi excelente!!

This was an average hotel stay in Paris. Convenient area of town fairly close to subway. Little market across the street which we used several times. Overall, it was a good stay. Very small room for 3 people but that was to be expected. It worked for us. Staff was kind.
