Very well-located for Gare du Nord. My room was noise free despite all the activity around (including a late World Cup game). Air conditioning worked well.

Room is spacious and well decorated. Breakfast delicious. People at the reception are the best. They are friendly and professional.

整體都很整潔，櫃台服務員態度十分友善，非常協助房客的需要。大堂有提供熱水服務，感覺非常好，坐位也感覺舒適。
只是提供毛巾服務方面，雙人房浴室內只見擺放一人需用的毛巾，待洗完澡才發現另一份在衣櫃內，及後用完兩條面巾，待清潔房間後，但清潔服務員只添置一人份的毛巾呢，覺得有點奇怪呢！
大致上都滿意呢！

地點很讚，臨火車地鐵站。美中不足的是電梯很小，住了六天有兩天電梯壞了，好險那兩天不是移動日。浴室洗臉台太小，洗臉水會四濺。雙人房的床是兩張單人拼併而已並非真的雙人床。不介意的話其他都還不錯，還有陽台，還算推薦

We stay 7 nights there, it is old, noisy, the shower room is in a small size and the water is very slow. Door sometimes can't lock well. Overall the experience is a bit terrible. Not recommended.

Ett bra ställe att landa på vid sen ankomst vid tågstationen. Sliten inredning men välstädat. Mycket nära kommunikationer. Många människor på gatorna men även vissa delar som kändes otrygga på kvällen. Tysta rum som var välplanerade stängde ute det mesta av ljuden. Ett ställe för den som vill ha nära till kommunikationer.

Air conditioning is kept at fixed temp and the vist was on june end it didnt cool till midnight 3-4 , and the lift is too small be ready to move around multiple times if you have more than 2 luggage

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean & staff provided fresh towels etc daily which was great because we were there during 104 degree heat. Breakfast buffet was very good. Didn’t care for body wash and shampoo in combination…. Only one elevator, very slow…be prepared to take the stairs.

設備は清潔で虫などもいませんでした。エレベータが手動のドアを開けて乗るという初めて見る形式でしたが、問題なく最上階まで乗ることができました（古い？だけでおそらくパリでは普通だと思われます）。
建物は少し古くて、夜は北駅周辺の騒音やサイレンの音が聞こえ、日本人の感覚からすると少し不安になる部分もありましたが、特に困ることはありませんでした。

We chose to stay here because of location. We arrived at Gare du Nord (3 minutes walk) and next day caught a train from Gare de l’est (10 minutes walk)
The reception staff were helpful. Our ensuite room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Would stay again if using those train stations.

Központi helyen, de elég csöves környéken van a szállás. A szobánk elég pici volt, illetve a mosdó lefolyója nem működött, ami azért elég kellemetlen volt nekünk, illetve szerintem ciki a szállásnak. A lift lassú.
Összességében azonban ha nem a szállás élményéért megy valaki, hanem várost akar nézni és valahol megszállni, akkor azért ár.érték arányban ez a hely egy megfelelő opció.

Just five minutes' walk from the Gare du Nord so it's great if you're arriving by Eurostar. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was quite small (well, this is Paris) but clean and comfortable. Nice to have a bath.
Breakfast was basic but had all you'd probably want.
