克劳泽尔酒店

別說冰箱，酒店連基本設施都沒有。沒有拖鞋、牙膏、牙刷、熱水壺等，從沒想過這麼糟！抵達酒店後，還得找地方購買這些東西！另外，房間表面清潔，但桌底下都是髒的！衣櫃那邊也是，許多角落也沒清潔。窗簾是發霉的，也不更換，看着太噁心！電梯，是我看過最小的，也是很恐怖的舊式設計，只能進入一個人，進去後要等待關閘的那種，行李箱也放不進電梯的。每次走樓梯吧！但樓梯燈光是壞的，摸黑上下樓梯，感覺也超級糟糕！房間沒有熱水壺，問前台就說他們是沒有提供的。酒店地點原來後面是紅燈區，有天夜晚10點回酒店也是挺嚇人，畢竟巴黎治安也是出名的不安全。房間床褥過軟，脊骨得不到承托，睡得全身都痛。隔音太差，聽到其他房間的聲音，還有樓下所有聲音都聽得見，難以安睡。還有更多想吐糟。收費約HKD $800一晚，卻完全不值這個價格！垃圾酒店！每天都不想待在酒店，想快點逃離！千萬不要光顧，絕對會後悔！

The location is fine, you can walk there from Paris Nord or take the subway. The bathroom is clean and the image quality of TV is good :p but it takes a little time to walk to the market. Well, one thing confused me is that there is no "no disturbing" sign to use which means they'll clean your room every day. Remember to keep your own luggage locked while going out. Generally speaking, it's not a bad place to stay.

One of the male staff ( dark skin ) at the front desk was extremely nasty, rude , bad manner, unfriendly I think he should not be at that position

Tive uma ótima experiência no Hotel Clauzel. A localização é excelente, facilitando muito os deslocamentos pela cidade. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e confortável, e o atendimento foi muito cordial. Recomendo para quem busca uma boa estadia em Paris com ótimo custo-benefício.

Chambre très agréable et moderne. Un peu bruyant mais bien situé quartier agréable et très bon prix.

Personnel impeccable, chambre très bien chauffée et parfaite pour mon séjour.

Nært Metro og matbutikker. Slitent og slitt, men hyggelig betjening. Greit hotell når man bare skal sove der.

Clean and spacious room, excellent street and neighbourhood, great staff which was very kind and we could leave our luggage in a stored room before and after check in. Definitely recommend!

La cama no servia,el desayuno estuvo todo el dia y noche afuera! El otro dia en la mañana estaba igual que lo vi en la noche!

Localização, e a equipe do hotel muito solicita.

Bad experience, the room we originally booked had mold in it and I have a strong allergy, I was sick the whole time. They moved us to a different room which also had mold in it so to fix the problem they had a painter paint over the mold. We were forced to stay because it was too late and we were too busy to switch hotels. Une très mauvaise expérience.

Some vege.

La chambre n’était pas très propre. La personne à l’arrivée était très agréable ce qui ne fut pas le cas de la personne qui a géré mon départ. « Bonjour » optionnel ! Quant au petit déjeuner produit périmé ! Et une personne mal aimable qui ne vous répond même pas quand vous lui signaler !!! Un hôtel à touriste sans aucun sens du service !

La chambre impeccable et le personnel au top merci pour le séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Les chambres rénovées . Tout le personnel était vraiment gentil et agréable (sauf une dame au petit déjeuner). literie a revoir mais dans l'ensemble nous avons été ravies du séjour. Hotel parfaitement placé dans Paris
