The staff so nice special Emili she’s super helpful and so kind and as well the young lady I don’t her name she work on Saturday morning till 3pm she’s amazing and nice, both of them Emili and her are star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️but a gentleman work night shift to early morning Sunday he’s not helpful at all and luck of information when we asked questions he said I don’t know he’s rude and arrogant he needs to improve his work

At our arrival there was a terrible smell of sewage in the hall. The smell was going upstairs in the corridors. Inside the bedroom the colour scheme was dreadful, all brown and the curtain was half hanging down.
We were told that the problem with the smell occurs when it rains, and it rains a lot in this part of the Pyrenees.
Being very sensitive about smell and believing that this was a health issue here, we asked to be relocated in another hotel belonging to the group which they did although very reluctantly.

J'avais choisi spécifiquement ce5 hotel car il etait mentionné pkg libre". Arivant a 22h30 j ai du me garer a plus d ' 1km...
J ai passé une nuit horrible: Le planchet penche de plus de 5°dans la chambre.ou nous etions.
