We were three people in the bedroom, it was very small, besides there was no air circulating in it, At night I tried to turn on the air conditioning but it didn't work at all, I call and also when down for help at the reception and they told me that everything was fixed and work and it was a lie , that never worked they control it from the reception and it seems that it is not normal to use it, they suggested that I open the windows to get some fresh aire . It was two sleepless nights .

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Cerca del metro, restaurantes y la Torre Eiffel. Lo único tuvimos una mala experiencia con el elevador ya que nos dejó encerrados por aproximadamente 5 minutos. El elevador es muy pequeño y no funciona muy bien. Hay que usar escaleras. Por lo demas todo excelente.

Ficamos em um dos quartos dos fundos, acredito que seja de acessibilidade. O banheiro muito grande, nao havia box, contudo nao foi um problema. Cafe excelente e toda a equipe do hotel, muito solicita e educada.

NOT a 4 Star hotel - This is a 3 star.
My room did NOT have a telephone. The elevator lift was always stuck. Hot water was only on early morning - I stayed here years ago when it was a 4 star - I was there again in Feb 2026 only to see them downgraded to 3 stars.
I will return to Paris; but have NO interest in ever staying in this Derby Hotel again.

Room cleanliness and friendly staff stood out the most. This hotel is great for a couple night stay, rooms are tight so if you’re staying longer it may be cramped. It had everything we needed and such a great location! Thanks Derby Eiffel for a great stay.

Lovely hotel in a great area of Paris. Easy walking to the trains and busses. 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower. Staff was wonderful and kind. Breakfast in the morning. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Thanks for a fabulous time!
