Property is old. Lobby is just a desk on second floor.

There are no complaints about this hotel other than the 25-30 steps you have to carry your suitcase and belongings up in order to get into the entrance of the hotel. That is the only factor deterring me from staying there again if I had heavy luggage. However, the staff was great and very dry friendly except for one person who every time I walked past was embedded into their phone and was not as friendly. Hotel was very clean and in a very convenient location!

Bathroom was so poor that we had not took a shower. No shampoos, only body gel. We booked 2 rooms and the doors for bathrooms were broker that we could not close completely.

Direkt hinter der Oper und dem Einkaufszentrum la fayet. Super Zentral. Trotz Hauptstraße nichts gehört dehr gut geschlafen. Würden erneut hin.

Great quirky little hotel in Paris - very central to metro etc. Would recommend - will stay here again.

Hotel bem localizado, equipe prestativa, quarto limpo, banheiro bom, ar condicionado funcionando bem no verão. Recomendo!

The hotel was great - located in the opera district. Close to shopping, restaurants and the metro. The staff were very pleasant, the hotel had a lift, and they were able to store our luggage for a bit after we checked out. The breakfast was a good option as not many places seem to open early. The air conditioning worked well to cool off the room in the heat. Overall it was very good and I would stay again.

The London Hotel in Paris proved to be a fantastic base. Its standout feature is its location: truly central, just steps from metro and bus lines, making every corner of the city easily reachable. We felt safe and well-situated amid a lively, bustling part of town. The hotel itself is a straightforward three-star experience, no more, no less. The staff was helpful with basics, though amenities were minimal. Be aware that there’s no in-room refrigerator, ice isn’t readily available, and showers are sit-down style. But for the price point, it’s good value, especially if you prioritize location over luxury.

Fijn hotel, netjes en schoon met aardig personeel. Tot de eerste verdieping met de trap daarna hele kleine lift. Kamer is prima, wel wat klein bed en luide airco, verder prima kamer. Goede locatie, dichtbij gezelligheid en winkels. Veilige buurt.

Location is ideal, walking distance to couple metro stations, shopping malls, places to eat, topped off by helpful staff. We had connecting rooms, they were clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Paris, comfy beds and delicious breakfasts. However there are a long flight of steps to reach the reception, and no help from the staff with luggage

Clean room; helpful staff.accommodative to the requests. Negatives: 20-30 steps to the reception. No help offered to take the heavy luggage up the stairs. Wide Glass door to the toilet and you could see the person on the toilet seat. Very awkward.

Opholdet startede godt men sluttede knap så godt. Værelset blev gjort fint rent og der var frisk vand på flaske hver dag - kæmpe plus i hedebølgen. Super beliggenhed og venligt personale. Dagen før afrejse oplevede vi dog, at en papirspose med souvenirs var blevet taget fra værelset og dermed forsvundet. Det var med al sandsynlighed en fejl og den venlige receptionist om aftenen kiggede endda affald igennem for os, dog uden held. Da jeg tager det op med personalet morgenen efter afviser de alt. Det er simpelthen umuligt siger de. Vi må så tage en taxa til museet og købe tingene igen, da det er noget min søn meget gerne vil have med hjem. Havde nok forventet at de ville tilbyde at refundere os for de ting der var forsvundet fra værelset, men nej. Som skrevet er der højst sandsynligt sket en fejl, og ikke noget der er gjort med vilje. Men erkend det, og så kunne vi gå lidt gladere derfra.Det var noget af et minus ved et ellers dejligt ophold.
